I was under the impression that they had excess Pt material stockpiled that Jubilee had no capacity to process hence the JV?

Despite what we had been led to believe the expected he beneficiaries of the Pt JV will not be the current shareholders. We had anticipated benefitting ftom this additional income from the current Pt prices.

"The new PGM joint partnership under an earnings share agreement has completed a two month operational trial at the facility. The Jubilee technical team is making further modifications currently to the processing facility to improve the final product specifications. The upgraded facility is expected to commence production during Q3 FY2026."

This is the current situation with a mining company (Mantengu) in SA whose shares are alleged to be manipulated by a cartel. Apparently well below the Nav and the intrinsic value.

I had noted some time back that Jubilee had strange closing action on some trading days on the JSE often dropping the day end closing price by up to 5%.

Jubilee have a dual listing but I assume it could still be manipulated?

The only request that I have is that management deliver on the potential of the company. The time is now.

There is a fiduciary responsibility for directors of a company to provide accurate and factual information for the market.

The share price at the time was 5p (Sept 24). Based on the information provided, I bought a significant amount of shares. The share price has since declined by another 40%.

I understand that you have a responsibility to blindly support the current narrative, but I, too, have a right to question non-disclosure of material issues.

I did not issue the information, the company management did. Yet you seem to think that I should accept this and not expect accountability.

I disagree.

It's interesting to take a retrospective look back at 2 RNS. The first from a year ago.

Roan's front-end module production is expected to start reflecting in the production of Q4 CY2024 as it commences to operate continuously, which is in line with the Company's copper production forecast.

Roan is now capable of processing both historically mined low grade stockpiled material and previously processed materials simultaneously, with a combined capacity of its front-end module as well as milling and flotation plant of up to 13 000 tonnes of copper per annum (4 500 and 8 500 capacity respectively), depending on the feed grade.

The planned Sable Refinery upgrade marks the final stage in reaching the initial target of a combined 25 000 tonnes of copper processing capacity per annum. This upgrade includes enhancements across several areas of the refinery, culminating in the commissioning of a second tank house for copper cathode plating. Upon completion, Sable will be capable of producing both copper sulphide concentrates and copper cathode, with a combined output of 16 000 tonnes per annum. The upgrade is currently underway and expected to be fully integrated into the existing operations over the next 10 months with an expected capital investment of US$9 million, confirming the processing capacity of 25 000 tonnes annually. The Company's focus is now shifting towards bringing secured copper resources into full production to fully utilise this upgraded capacity in line with the production forecast which assumes that the impact of the capacity upgrades will reflect during H2 FY2025.

Just because your comments don't tie into Gotreals and Shuvlins brief, don't think that WE don't appreciate your objective and technical input. Shareholders need a broader perspective. Debating the pros and cons is healthy, and allows investors to have a clearer understanding of the dynamics of Jubilee.

It's clear there have been significant issues, resulting in continual changing of targets (normally downwards) yet zero accountability. That cannot be argued by our resident Jubilee watch dogs.

Some on this platform are suffering from Stockholme syndrome.

We both know what the potential of this company is, hence our investment, but our frustration is due to the lack of effective execution and delivery. Years of investment has been lost in the process, and share holder value has been destroyed. RNS after RNS issued providing obscure information often contradicting previous statements without apology or explanation.

The market for Pt and Cu are at record highs yet Jubilee is trading at less than it was nearly 6 years ago. Yet Gotreal et al think thats fine 😂😂

LC will probably go on the Roast again shortly and get lobbed a few softball questions be as convincing as he can, then go home. To his credit he excels at that. He has very little skin in this game other than freebies.

As a private investor I have lost and stand to lose, even more than our esteemed leader, and I am aware that your investment company has as well. The opportunity cost has been huge.

We both believe there is massive upside but need the correct execution NOW. We CANNOT afford more mistakes. Those on this platform who won't recognize or accept that, need to question why the share price is under 3p, when every other competitor has seen significant growth over the last 6 months.

Johnny and Slater are not an item. Slater stated that he influenced the appointment as he needed a FD in place who could provide focus and direction (which we all agree is a good choice). But, he doesn't report to Slater. He is employed by Jubilee. No confidential info can be passed on that isn't in the public domain.

JMK has inherited this mess and is trying to steer the ship. This can be seen by his focus selling non core assets, trying to set a clear game plan etc etc.

As far as Zambia is concerned, LC over time bet the farm on that. After continually diluting the company, raising cash and exhausting most options we ended up having to sell the farm. It's that simple.

We have all accepted that Zambia is now the new reality and that our focus is on Cu.

The frustration from most lth is the continual missing of targets and lack of accountability. I personally was hoping for a RNS that would finally create a positive market reaction and validate our faith in Jubilee. I had expected significant developments either from the LWP or Munkoyo or both. It is clear that Jubilee has incredible potential, but it's the repeated delays in Zambia, and it's always "next year". As I've said before, it's like a mirage, always there but not quite tangible.

I recall the excitement after the last AGM. The expectation was that this year we were going to finally make significant progress (7.5kt Cu Zambia and 2m t Cr and 46k oz Pt in SA).

Reality now is we can expect 5.1kt Cu Zambia and 6 months t/o from SA.

And so we wait another year.......

Be careful what you wish for. I was really looking forward to FINALLY receiving an RNS that was going to validate the sale of SA.

I honestly thought shareholders would be pleasantly surprised by significant developments on the various projects in Zambia..... I had expected this was being held back pending confirmation, and we would be advised of these major developments. But the can keeps getting kicked a bit further down the road. After years of vague obtuse RNS's with mixed with lots of hopium, I naively thought we were finally making progress. But like a mirage, it's a bit further out of reach the closer we get.

Imho, the sale of SA (giving up 2mt Chrome 46k oz Pt, etc) is now proving to be premature. We are transitioning to 5kt Cu only, at this stage after the sale goes through. We will have a bit of cash in hand, which will then be spent in double quick time, with little to show for it for some time to come. Maybe it will come together after another year? It's a movie I've seen too many times now.

I hate to say it but for the time and money spent in Zambia the results to date are disappointing.

Despite all the developments we seem to be producing less Cu than before, but soon to be w/o the Chrome or Pt to boost the numbers.

Seis I'm glad you're in the money! I've got another few p to go!! 6.5 will get me there. My initial cost was too highfor me to be able to average down with cash on hand. I had been buying the dips over time and not anticipating the bigger dips that followed!! 🙈

Advised that an RNS update on Zambia / copper would be released at the end of September. This was expected to be separate to the regular financial updates.

Once again another own goal. We can only hope that a Zambian update is released within the next few days. Most LTH are desperate for some positive news.

I look forward to the day when LTH's are finally rewarded by Jubilee.

As seen below the dynamics on this group are reflective of the continual frustrations by shareholders.

If Jubilee management had delivered on some of their (many) promises to date, the interactions on this group would be positive, and constructive, but instead we have the current status of frustrated share holders, arguments and personal insults etc.

Hopefully in a few days we finally hear something that would change the general ambience on this group.

Sirboring, if you had read the terms of tje agreement, you might have noticed a significant aspect of the agreement.

There is an increase in payment due relative to the metal processing. At the moment that would indicate payment within 3 years. The purchaser cannot change the terms of the agreement.

Bottoms I would vote for a buyback to reduce shares in circulation as one of the biggest problems has been dilution.

The value of the share would rise proportionately. In the event of a cash flow crunch shares could be issued to the same value later. Once dividends are paid out they cannot be recovered.

But I would accept a dividend if that might attract new investors looking for direct returns.
