Having spent some time going back over the many RNS 's issued by Jubilee in the last 2 years, I can only come to the following conclusion:

They're not worth the paper they aren't written on. One would be hard pressed to find an occasion when one of the time frames, "targets", or objectives have been met.

On another forum a poster referred to Leon as a "snake oil salesman".

I have come to the conclusion that the RNS's are deliberately written in a way that is obtuse and opaque. This is then open to the readers own interpretation / conclusions which then more often tends to be optimistic.

January 25:

"Large Scale Waste Rock Project

The project targets the processing of the approximate 260 million tonnes of previously mined material through a dedicated processing footprint resembling the new Roan facility. The Company is currently focussed on the completion of the extended industrial trial as part of its ongoing due diligence review. Under the terms of the option to purchase agreement, a due diligence extension to the end of January 2025 has been agreed to allow sufficient time to compile the results from the trial."

If Leon is to be believed, he allowed the deadline to lapse to secure a better deal with another entity, as apparently there many companies were lining up in the wings. No rush guys. Its not like the share price has tanked in the interim..

Now:

Jubilee have advised that they are expecting to announce their partner for the LWP JV in December.

Well here we are. Bring it on guys. It's not like you haven't had enough time and there were so many entities approaching management to do a deal!!

Let's at least have that to look forward to. 🎁

One has to wonder whether it's not being deliberately stalled, to bring it closer to a positive Zambia update / second quarter release to help soften the blow.

Bottoms, there's no chance of a "big player" swooping in with an offer unless we have secured a massive resource in Zambia.

Been doing some background checks on OneChrome. There's a whole bunch of shell companies all linked to the same physical address. There's no doubt that Leon was out of his depth and played by some smooth operators. The SA contracts left Jubilee fully exposed. We took all the risks and development, business reachesd maturity, and our "friends" pulled the plug and took it. There's a lot more to that story.

The financials were due to be released second half of November (as per RNS) and we have now reached the second half of December!! 🙈 The extensive delay with less than 15 days to go (Xmas day etc) is a cause of concern. There are a few obvious permutations here. Let's hope none are critical.

Why can management never keep to a time frame?? Surely they know that this can only serve to exacerbate the lack of confidence.

In their defense they might have used the word "targeting". Historically, in Jubilee speak, that means probably not going to happen.

The deafening silence and delays are certainly not reassuring.

If there were any critical issues that could have a material impact on the share price, Jubilee management would be obliged to disclose that to shareholders when they become known.

When management are taking this right down to the wire. The earliest release now would be 15 Dec. I don't see the AGM happening this year.

You choose to ignore that we were advised that Jubilee going to produce 25kt Cu plus 2mt Cr AND 48k Oz Pt 🤭🤭. We believed, and well, here we are.

But that's on us silly investors right?

You my friend can count yourself lucky you DIDN'T have cash on hand to invest earlier, as you stated in a previous post.

So don't gloat that you have got in cheap. We have paid the price.

We continue to live in hope of an announcement wrt Cu thats going to blow the lid off.

5kt Cu with 3 bn shares isn't going to do it. We need a report of a super pit or (plus) an anouncement of a significant JV that's going to ramp up production massively within a reasonable time frame.

We are probably the only "copper" producer to have tanked in a copper bullrun.

But history is on our side. We achieved that feat when Pt took off as well. We were the worst performing Pt share as well. Now we've managed to pull off the double!!

I didn't think it was possible to c*k this up so badly but here we are.

Jubilee management have always had difficulty in meeting their own time frames. Hard to believe that the AGM could be held within 6 months of financial yearend now. That ship has sailed.

Frustration is once again the order of the day.

Coppers currently is on a bullrun.

Jubilee need to prove that they are able to produce sufficient qty, consistently and at a significant profit (and hopefully announce a mega pit.)

For lth the last few years of "targeted" copper production has been like a mirage. As we got closer it just seemed to continually slipping away into the distance. So near, and yet still so far.

Hoping that our frustration will soon be over.

Some things don't change.

Jubilee management are still unable to meet their own time frames. It doesnt instill investor confidence. Despite what the gate keepers say in defense overall investor frustration is the norm.

Yes. I know that this is linked to the sale but would the numbers really be that far out of sync unless they were fundamentally flawed to begin with.

I'm intrigued (and happy), with the current share price uptick but wonder if its linked to some imminent good news / RNS. A little (at a distance) insider trading maybe?

There are only 2 types of Jubilee shareholders.

1. Those with a sense of humor. To be a share holder its a prerequisite and enables one to laugh at oneself for being so gullible.

Or of course

2. A Masochist. That's self explanatory.

This probably accounts for a large % of shareholders.

For me, wrt Jubilee, it only hurts when I laugh! 🥸

That was my sentiment exactly. I certainly wouldn't wanted to be bombarded with similar questions from a thousand different share holders. But of course the gate keepers here know better. 🤭 The obvious conclusion then is that the answers to the questions were not great and best kept out the public domain.

As always anyone who doesn't tow the party line is a "deramper" or whatever that is.

Jubilees share price is exactly where it is BECAUSE for years we were fed bs on the Roast etc. None of those wild projections, stated as fact on MANY occasions, has materialized. Jubilee is where it is because of serial failures, fundamental errors and of course our old friend, dilution.

I've been in business for many years and seen this playbook too often.

We are at a critical juncture in the history of this company and nows the time to deliver. The mushroom treatment failed ( Keep the punters in the dark and feed them bs. ) Fuzzy and vague RNS that are open to multiple interpretations by even the most knowledgeable amongst us, is not going to boost sentiment or reduce speculation.
