Bottoms while I used to believe the numerous RNS's issued during the course of the last year, I found on each occasion, they were a subsequent disappointment.

On each subsequent podcast, LC would be pretty convincing and reaffirm my belief in the company.

The 25t Cu is like a mirage and each year it seemed further away.

Imagine if we were on track with Cu, combined with our SA Pgm / Chrome, the company would be flying.

I live in hope that our patience and financial commitment will soon be rewarded.

We live in hope AB. The share price couldn't go much lower.

I still confident we will be on 7p within 6 months. LC just has to finally get close to one of his targets.

Jubilee has only 2 business units.

SA and Zambia. When the MD of one leaves at a critical stage, unannounced by the company, it is unusual. Not a mention of Ricus even in the LC podcasts etc?

Gotreal in both your links (from 2024) Ricus was acknowledged as the MD of Jubilee Zambia.

I don't think there was any official announcement regarding him leaving.

From what I recall this was discovered by a member on this group who noticed that his Linked In status had changed.

Gray, if our stockpile is included, the deal makes even less sense, unless, of course, you're the buyer.

The intrinsic value of that alone must be worth a significant % of the sale price on current Pgm prices.

I don't see how the deal can be valued on historical information that has clearly changed since the offer was made.

Assuming chrome is stable within a reasonable bandwidth, what is the real impact of the pgm basket over a full year?

Obviously, it's hypothetical as it could go either way but based on what we know today.

There should be minimal plant expenditure now.

We have the current JV that will run for the full year with potential to expand on that as per LC.

Plus the potentisl of the other Pgm jv.

Appreciate your view on that.

Welloil they definitely thought so when Pt was at $1000! They must be cracking champagne at the current prices. If they had submitted their offer 3 months earlier, it would have been a formality.

Do management at Jubilee get rewarded on the deal at conclusion? I have seen that movie before as well in another company I had a stake in. Sold the crown jewels and rewarded themselves handsomely on a job well done 😂.

Correct. But it should be noted that PAT of year ending June 25, could be very different to '26.

One significant factor is the Pgm basket price. It ramped up in the last month of the financial year (June). The real benefit would only really be seen in '26 with the JV added to the pot (the 11000 Oz/ 50% profit).

The other JV was due to kick in when the basket price was significantly lower than it is today. Management has gone quiet on that one!!! As per LC we have piles of material that could be processed when economic to do so.

The claimed strength of Jubilee was the flexibility to react to market forces.

Seems we dont have that capacity now?

One assumes that whatever suits the current narrative is the order of the day.

You have to accept that the sentiment changed significantly after the release of the RNS relating to the sale of the SA operations.

The share price was steadily improving up to that point..... it's dropped around 15 -20% since. It's not hard to see why any investor is annoyed but it doesn't hurt if you've given yourself 1p options.

Jubilees management indicated that they thought the offer of "up to" $90m was reasonable, and LC came out in support of the sale immediately after on the podcast.

The reality is that without this proposed sale and relative to the other Pgm producers, we should be sitting at 6 or 7p at least if not more. The Delta between where we currently are to where we would / should have been is probably around 50% and you're surprised at the level of frustration....

The latest RNS serves to ignore the current market and ensures sentiment is undermined wrt the current Pgm basket.

It certainly wasn't in any way upbeat and projecting and makes every effort to devalue the SA operation. LC had previously advised at the Agm that there was a JV that would kick in as soon as the Pgm basket crossed a threshold, but not a word has been said about that for 2 months.

4 years in Zambia and we have yet to reach 50% of one of the numbers projected by LC, yet we are being advised to give up an asset worth ca. $130m asset for "up to $90m" paid over 3 years.

Too many broken promises for shareholders not to be thoroughly frustrated and p*ssed off.

As I have stated previously this RNS is critical for Jubilee if we are going to see any improvement in the markets perception of the company.

Like Slater I am hoping that LC has found Eldorado and we just need the $90m to seal the deal.....

As a Jubilee investor, I am familar with the term " up to". Jubilee was going to ride on the back of those reults. I assume the deal could be cancelled at any point in time of the buyer found it uneconomic.

It it works....... massive upside. Then Jubilee can either enter into a JV or jump in boots and all for the whole pile.

I assume an update of THAT will be in the circular.

Shuvlin you would have to recognize the fact that there is an enormous sense of frustration with Jubilee.

Most are here because we believed and invested in the story. Nearly all are deep underwater and the reaction is not unwarranted. The 4 year share price decline is the only constant. I initially bought in 2021 and then bought the dip on the dip on the dip to where I now own 3 million shares. Each time I was convinced it couldn't get lower!! Well 4 years later here we are.

The market was right. I believe the share value is multiples higher than where it currently is, but the market needs to be convinced that management are capable of deovering on the many promises. LC talks a big game but the last few years have not shown that. As the Slater year-end report stated LC claims he has found the new copper Eldorado in Zambia. Let's all hope that's true. We certainly need that asaop

With each RNS the frustration mounts. Always more questions than answers.

It is clear the new FD is focusing on fixing Jubilee and we hope that the next RNS smashes it out the park.....

I remain convinced that anyone who gets in at these prices will triple their investment in 18 months. I would love to have only jumped in now!!!!

Jubilee reminds me of an onion.
