Contrary opinion.

● We agree that the first 6 months ran into significant issues in Zambia & compromised targets. Initial alternate power supply agreements were misleading resulting in the subsequent shock with the rns in Dec & significant share price impact..

● as a result IF you had intended to sell in the current period you have been compromised.

● But..... if you were a long term holder intending to ride the wave....the current dip has allowed you to increase your holding & collect more shares at bargain pricing PRIOR to the inevitable correction.... in reality presenting a BIGGER upside for you.

● IMHO the end of March will feature a milestone 1000 units copper. The stage was set with the higher grade & prep for 2 weeks in Feb readying to achieve this in March. Facilitating a correction to get back closer to target & creating the platform for increased targets for '26.

IRH or alternative COULD be the cherry on top.

Slater holds approx 10% ( I recall around ca 300 million?).

I would assume that as an individual minority share holder your opinion wasn't important. Not sure how many shares you have, but I assume not enough to get Slaters' attention.

However, if you spoke for > 100 million shares the dynamic changes. The board would be obliged to respond, and we would be able to influence outcomes.

The share options issued to management represent a significant value in terms of the company. I couldn't see any significant milestones attached to them.

I wouldn't suggest that management needs to change we just need greater transparency.

I thought I would share a similar experience.

I'm based in SA & some time back there was a similar issue with an entity on the JSE. Shareholders were being pounded.

The management were awarding themselves huge amounts in incentives just for doing their jobs, in a company that was in freefall. The only winners were management.

Shareholders formed an activist group on "discord" and disclosed their share holdings at that moment in time. The group were then able to establish the total shares they actually represented in total. It was updated frequently so it was always current. An email address was created for this purpose & info collated in a spread sheet.

Representatives were then proposed to act on the forums behalf. Questions would be formulated & presented with the result that a clearer picture was obtained of the company. Due to % representation this evolved to a direct engagement with management.

The problem atm is that any discussion that Leon has, is with staged interviewers ie Sunday roast etc which rolls in a few softball questions which are hit out the park. As planned. This is normally done in conjunction with an RNS that had just been released so he can walk us through it.

Rinse & repeat.

The real & difficult questions are never asked!! I think we can agree that some aspects are best not disclosed but there is a significant amount that could & should be.

The arguments on this group are all derived from frustration and speculation.

(I have been a shareholder since 2021. I currently hold just over 2.5m shares at a cost in excess of 80% of current market value).

If you factor in the loss of 6 weeks production @ .7% cu before the conversion to 1.6% cu it should be clear that over the next few months copper output would in fact be greater than if there had been no disruption & the company had continued on the lower grade? Seems like a formality to me. Not sure why the negativity of some.

Further to the announcement of 6 February 2025, the Company has now successfully commenced with the processing of the new high-grade copper feed material at its Roan concentrator facility. The material feed grade is in-line with management expectations with current feed assays exceeding 1.6% Cu, approximately double the grade of material previously processed at Roan and forms part of Roan's accelerated production plan to recoup part of the lost production over a short period of time.

There is no reference to IRH in your assessment.

● I was under the impression that there was cash back from IRH wrt initial capital outlay if the deal is finalized.

● What value does this deal add if it goes ahead?

There's been a number of posts today wrt the RNS.

Very little said about the IRH deal which LC implied was on track & expected to be finalized in March.

My question to the boffins here is:

● What is the expected real (quantified) benefit to Jubilee on the current terms? (It seems LC implied the terms could be revised in favour of Jubilee)

● What would the projections be, based on achieving / exceeding current guidance due to the upgraded material for Roan, and in conjunction with IRH deal going ahead.

● What would the timeframe be if IRH (or another partner) gave the green light, to see value reflected in Jubilee.

Many comments refer to Slater as if he / they have the final say of any bid.

In effect I think their holding is only about 10%? It's a significant holding but I dont see how that becomes a controlling vote. it could be effective as a swing vote

In the event of any offer it would be put to all shareholders for voting. But prior to that any discussion with any potential buyer would have to be anounced to shareholders via a cautionary RNS.

I have followed this chat group for a while & have seldom posted but I think my observation below is fair.

Over time it seems to have become a political & religious forum with a number of personal biases coming to the fore. There are often unfriendly comments & replies! 🙈

In my opinion most members are only interested in observations directly related to Jubilee.

You neglected to mention the obvious caveat, which is that more fossil fueled vehicle production means an increase in platinum demand. It's def not a negative.

Interesting article by an independent analyst in '23. All the numbers are there. The delays weren't factored in but this is where we are today. The fundamentals are the same. Detailed analysis and worth a read.

That is why I feel the next sens is critical for us as PIs.

There is no room for excuses.....

As a long-time holder with 2.5m shares & an observer on this platform, it's been a tough year! I'm deep underwater but frankly see no benefit in throwing in the towel at this stage, although my patience is being tested to the max. I think the upside way exceeds the potential downside at these prices. I am concerned at the extent of the selling & whether they have info that we don't.

The bottom line is that Leon & co have to give the market positive info & confidence that targets will be met. Ultimately no one is buying into hopes & dreams. We know institutions are selling & putting pressure on the price, but the lack of any positive news is also causing Pi's to bail. An investor needs to see a profitable company. The PE ratio is also a significant factor & until a realistic PE ratio is achieved the selling price will reflect that. At some stage the potential needs to be realised & PE affected accordingly. The next SENS will be critical. We all know the potential is there for a significant swing in the right direction. Now its time for JBL to reward their long suffering shareholders. When it does turn I will stay in for the long haul and am confident of seeing a multiple return hopefully in the not too distant future. Certainly > 10p within 2025 imho.
