The longer it drags on and they do absolutely nothing with the cash makes one think they know the dispute is going against us.
No dividend. No buy back. No acquisition.
Makes sense as we have nothing to sell.
Jesus Christ. The place is absolutely imploding.

Hi Valju,,One does wonder if its because its our goverment we are in a dispute with that they are taking this Laissez Faire approach,,Like as if they do not want to upset ' them'
I asked on another forum about a Share buy back option i do know it has been discussed a while ago but as the SP is where it is just wondered to rhose who are more financially more astute than me can answer why hasnt this happened ? And do we really all think the monies in bank ARE literally ring fenced just and i add just in case it aaah i dont even want to say it but u know what i mean
Hi valju...... The fog of war.. Lesson 7
Evening KT, if (and I say if), we were being misled about dhsc outcome, especially after the rns “we have strong grounds to believe we can uphold our contract” would there be any serious recourse we could pursue? To ensure those that misled, we suitably punished?
My one concern, is no further defence, has been mentioned, rns’d only a counter claim, statement.
Now if I felt strongly as a BoD member / Ceo, I would be shouting from rooftops by now, as it is obvious (well to me) that as they are still buying from us, and whether directly or indirectly, Id want payment interest & compensation!
So, why dont they? Cant be nda, or we wouldnt have told they are still buying, we are counter claiming, it would be hush hush whilst we pushed to conclude!
And as a sure fire way of supporting / improving sp, it is baffling why they remain silent!
Almost like DA was paid to do a number on us! It just doesnt sit right with me, why they **** about with Twitter, dont go full bore with professional marketing? What are we not seeing????
#confuseddotcom imo dyor #wantanswersnotsilence
Erm, Naewise suggested it as well, let's not just target one person eh.
But back to ncyt, we don't even have a CEO so as if we are going to be making any M&A any time soon.

Easy chair - yeah they do, £100m organic revenue in 5 years. From thin air.
Magical.
Yeah I think it’s clear that the cash pile has been ringfenced for three things:
1. Dhsc dispute
2. Undeserved pay hikes for the top brass
3. Cover annual losses
The market knows.
Guess they want to ring-fence their £100m to cover DHSC dispute outcome and most importantly years of lucrative salary increases. This company provides a new definition of the word abysmal.
Novacyts, as a company will have a database of contacts, consisting of buyers managers etc. I would have thought that these people would be contacted on a regular basis. Trade shows would bring in more contacts. Maybe Twitter and linkdin are perfect for product releases for existing customers. We are probably aiming at larger customers, smaller customers serviced via distributors. I don't know, no one really knows. I am sure the company does have plans though.
Post on Twitter and hope some of our <3k followers want to buy something.
Amateur SME company.
Pathetic.
Surely Novacyt can do far better than just advertise on LinkedIn & Twitter .

"no viable business" the founders of Primer Design started with £30,000 and raised no more funding, 15 years later they sold it for ~£10mm it's now the main earner for NCYT. Jim Wicks invested some of his money in a new business Youseq, 20-30 employees and doing well.
NCYT is very much a viable business, let's just get this annus horribilis done with ( as Lizzie would say)
Louis, I think his strengths were/are dealmaking, raising finance, doing M&A, Lab21 were very well connected at one time. I'll annoy some people again by pointing out that he did a reverse takeover of NCYT and to have all those skills makes you better than most business people. But integrating people and creating a positive culture and day to day management I'm not so sure considering NCYTs current state.
So yeah PI right place at the right time, piece of cake, just climb to the top of a pharma business and wait.
PI you really are a clown. 1660 negative posts and counting.
2 of your latest hits.
"Let’s face it, there is no viable business here so whoever is ceo is rather irrelevant"
"As I've said many times, I'm treating it as a flip of the coin now, given that I am 82% down. Win/favourable dispute I may claw 20-25% back, lose and it goes to zero."
You seriously think the company wins a dispute of £130m and the companies valuation will go up by £10m.
**** GM - he was right place at the right time lotto winner who took his loot. Let’s face it, there is no viable business here so whoever is ceo is rather irrelevant
GM also appointed some real wasters who did nothing , the struck off dentist , the South American fella CCO , the Sales managers in America .... they failed to win any big contracts
