CS a reverse TO means a company gets Novacyt to buy them then hand over control of the BoD to them to run Novacyt. Which is what Graham Mullis did with Lab21. Novacyt remains the same Just new subsidiary and management. And we've no CEO for 6mths anyway so job is available

PI there is no strategy, that update is identical to the last several ones, we signed a deal with Clonit, we relaunched our portfolio and we released a couple of new tests.

JMcC is obviously as isolated as DA was and as one individual cannot run a company by himself.

Hiring a new CEO will make no difference unless they are superstar quality, so there is a urgent need for a completely new management team and that can only happen with a reverse t/o as SP is way too low for t/o or merger.

I'm hoping the PR company was hired to find a suitors because this is an expensive slow motion car crash at the moment.

More I see of this company the more I feel for DA and now JMcC trying to turn this business around, it's a nightmare

It's really only CEO and CFO who are expected to buy shares JMcC is both at the moment. Unless there is a share scheme available it doesn't make sense for anyone to invest in their own company, which is why we have share schemes.

This project must have a long tail, unless the product is just bits bolted together. Concept to production must be a couple of years. A lot of things have changed since signoff it's even possible that it dates back to GM. Also iirc their industry sectors also match JMcC's.

Thanks Larry, wondering does it goes beyond collaboration on some kit, is it a coincidence that they are only a few miles from IT-IS. They also have a lot of debt and low profit. They work in more sectors than IT-IS, Synergy to be found and rolling both into one creates cost savings. Didn't IT-IS relationship begin like this.

That last post reads like someones bi-polar ranting. I was rushing.
What I noticed yesterday is the only page updated on the rubbish Novacyt website is the BoD page. Now it seems that JMcC is the only director. I'm sure it's not true really. Just NCYT usual sloppiness.

Also PI note the home page of the Novacyt website still dominated by Covid even 3 out of 4 customer quotes are about Covid. Only one page has changed since that affront to website UX went live is the BoD/Leadership, and the edit on that one is a bit disturbing.

It's leadership. JMcC is probably very good at corporate finance but nothing on his profile points to turning around a SME. Looks like everyone is just doing their own thing I'd love to be at a BoD meeting to see what and how they report on stuff

I think they're just going thro the motions at the mo PI, no development of the portfolio so food, drink, water tests seem to be the focus, but no ecomm portal so more difficult to buy from. It's individuals looking busy and turning the handle and slipping in the odd handout to their movie making pal. Very much fiddling as the SP burns atm so no change. Seriously how long since the portfolio was updated and developed, when will ordering be digitized? this is the important stuff not flogging a dead horse box with a lab inside and making videos and showing up at tradeshows

If you've read it you'd know it was about testing for specific geocentric strains of rabies in a certain way. That is the most important bit of the report. What the outcomes are are secondary to that information as the outcomes are specific to those parameters.
For example how can you use that information to sell rabies test to a lab in the USA or China.
That's why your posts are misinformation you didn't include a context
