Hi B2 Tks for posting that, I had no issue with GM's ltip as it was purely a freak situation and he got lucky, it would appear in hindsight for whatever reasons his performance in his last 6 months could have been better. Regarding DA's ltip which has 3.54 as the baseline as set by the board, on re reading it initially suggests it's a year by year award but later on goes a bit hazy and mentions 2024, I know this is the end of the ltip but unsure if it's still year on year or at the end the target must be met a la Year one 4.60 Year two 5.98 Year three 7.77
Or just as long as the share hits 7.77 by vesting date.
Random thoughts Did James Wakefield set the bar for the higher start point of DA's ltip. Has he led the company well. If the Agm is held in June would this be when DA's position is up for endorsing? Do they think that because the lth's are supportive this will sale through? I agree with kaeren if not he then who, and would we have any confidence in the chairs new appointee? Was it his or was it Cfo influenced? Cfo told us a year ago we could look at companies due to the bioinformatics set up we have, if I remember this correctly and we've just been told we can spend our cash has there really not been a stand out company that we could bolt on. Has all R and D's time really been tied up updating our current portfolio? We are quick we are nimble we can react!!! Please don't slow down otherwise we will have to employ the zager and evans method of News.
Please make me eat my hat and as valju says get some news out.
Let's hope whoever asked the question has bought the answer.
I believe we are still waiting on additional questions being answered from the q and a, must be comprehensive responses.
I was asked the question by my good lady the other day with regards our investment, I of course berated the govt.'s disgraceful handling however, and I look forward to eating my words M and A M and A there must be some absolute gifts out there now and my goodness we and DA have had plenty of time to study them. Regards, slightly irritated LTH.
Exmex as ever thank you for filling in the gaps, sounds familiar doesn't it another "governing body" not putting the appropriate infrastructure in place before implementing a law hence the two and three year extensions in given circumstances. I'm presuming this is part reason for relaunch of the bulk of our products?.
Re Dhsc dispute we are surely able to come out fighting now as they are firmly pointing the finger at us, delicate diplomacy has not worked.
No, on the contrary. The additional transitional periods are necessary to avoid disruption in the supply of essential in vitro diagnostic medical devices. Otherwise, the diagnosis of patients and their access to relevant health care could be at risk. It is estimated that around 70% of clinical decisions rely on in vitro diagnostic medical devices.**
Only those products that are on the market in accordance with the current Directive on in vitro diagnostics prior to 26 May 2022, and which are therefore deemed to be safe and performant, will benefit from the transitional periods. Brand-new in vitro diagnostic medical devices and products that have undergone a significant change in the design or its intended purpose will be subject to the new requirements.

Tata Medical and Diagnostics’ RAT kit is slightly more advanced—it can detect both Delta and Omicron variants. “Along with Tata MD’s Express PCR instrument, the kit is able to provide quick PCR reports at a large scale. It is ideal for locations like airports, hospitals, and events where gold-standard accuracy is required with quick results,” says Dr V. Ravi, Head, R&D at Tata Medical and Diagnostics
