Surely the company could / should update shareholders even if to say ' we are fighting rhis case '

I think the silence speaks volumes and the company is just hoping shareholders will give up.

Yes Dave agreed,,website now gone and just £155 to appeal very very poor and dont forget the RNS on the day of the verdict saying they will appeal immediately and the claimant didnt have a case,, at one point i did think Davinder may be stringing us along to get to the new financial year then to do some sort of placing to raise monies but now its been a month since court and we have heard nothing

Surely shareholders cannot claim for losses if they have lost or loosing money on an investment ? If thats the case everyone will be doing it,,i cannot see the company re embursing the chap in question as that would open the floodgates,,but i agree this has to be sorted out ASAP

And as for your charity work which is commendabe ( although we wouldnt have known about it untill yo told us ) i prefer to help people in my own community who due to policies by an elected Govt as opposed to alledge dictators in Africa for a long time who alledgey have Swiss bank accounts whilst there people starve ,,, but still charity is charity eh
