because the flybe acquisition delayed accounts psml
exetr, interesting that the ceo of virgin confirmed the debt was covered by flybe's own planes . That admission will not go unnoticed by the regulators.
“It was a beautiful acquisition price and the [Flybe] debt is backed by the planes.“ says Weiss.
“No shit, Sherlock” say the robbed investors!”
The biggest con of all saving 2000 jobs my a@@. Could not make it up. Ubelivable
Now, Virgin have their sights set on being ‘the UK’s second flag carrier’ and want to acquire more Heathrow landing slots to aid their expansion. Unfortunately for them, there aren’t any available and aren’t likely to be until the third runway is built.
Despite this, Virgin are determined to expand aggressively with new fleet, new routes and strategic investments. While the runway may be some years off, their ambition to become bigger and better will not be curbed.
Virgin’s plan for growth
One of the most notable strategic investments for growth is their recent purchase of UK regional airline Flybe. The Virgin led consortium, dubbed Connect Airways, saved more than 2,000 jobs with the last minute rescue deal, and with it the opportunity to feed passengers into their hubs both at Manchester and Heathrow.

I also have complained to Brokers, the best idea is we all complain to them and send a letter to the ombudsman and see if that shakes them up as they seem to think that they don't have to tell us very much.
My golden rule is to never by companies with female CEOs. They aren't good leaders.
I have complained to brokers but got fobbed off so next step for them is ombudsman. Ref BOD, I have complained to SEC, SFO and FCA and am hoping they are held to account. Ref current performance - no surprises COW is vastly overpromoted and consortium operate like gangsters imv which means failure is guaranteed.all imho.
It's not a got start in this company today . Will we see it go down again ???
Morning all. Did anybody pass on broker complaints to the FSA or only the ODDBUS ,as they did not inform us of very much about Flybe actions, very conflicting messages from brokers regarding what they should tell us ( shareholders ). Not sure where we stand with our brokers it could be only the Solicitors will be the winners here. good luck all.
This is Radio Woodstock. Giving a big shout out of my friends on here. What's happened with this company, will be happening again and again across the market over and over. It's quite obvious company directors are living beyond means and will do anything too pay of the lifestyle they can ill afford.
Perhaps it’s a secret board for people who are long term holders and not ramping/deramping?
What's this all about
