Krull, I tend to agree except that I have found an exception in MSI, where the BOD tell you f all in between 6 monthly reports but the business, especially the cash pile keeps rising. Maybe its because the BOD are well into their 70s and have old fashioned values !

My take, q3 is poor but now worse than previous quarters and the company has no cash to pay for the demerger hence the fund raise. On completion of the fundraise I think the sp will rise 5p or so.

I will sell out in the not too distant future if i can get back to only 50% down !

Lucky, yes , Starmer's dad the toolmaker - another half remembered family story - it turns out that his father actually owned the factory that made tools - much like Lord Balmforth's father drove JCBs I suppose. This should lift to over 330 today as the p/e will be single figures at year end which is too low for a growth company at current mcap imv.

He knows the sp is temporarily down and nobody throws that sort money into a company unless they are super confident. I bought more at 828 and am feeling chuffed with that!

Topped up at 828 - bargain but that top up profit will not cover losses on broader holding!

Bought £5k at 122p - expecting the upside will mitigate some of my previous purchases!

Bought another £3k at 126.5p bargain imv.
