RE: The most undervalued share on AIM?13 Dec 2019 20:10
Bunsen. I read your post. Its always tempting to place everything on one company with expectations of great wealth. How I invest on any stock is half and half again capital investment. Meaning I place a maximum of 25% of my portfolio on any one company. This method allows investing to be fun without having sleepless nights. I see it time and time again when enthusiasm can lead to total loss. I always say to myself the stock could go down. I am extremely enthusiastic about Trx and would love to chuck everything at it, but I personally have too follow the above mentioned strategy to stay sane. Atb

It's worth googling Janet Lambert and Mike Werner of ARM. I know I keep banging on about these people but ARM is the distribution agent for TRX. I am a great believer in what heads a company makes a company. These two individuals have the knowledge and contacts to turn TRX into a multi million dollar company Great stuff Imop.
Sbrown. Thanks for reply. Your work sounds very interesting. Have you googled Mike Wearner, he is attached to Trx together with Janet Lambert. Mike Werner has made a career of making things happen within the Fca on the legal side.
Sbrown. I am glad you have mentioned the significance of an Fda license. I been banging on about this massive milestone achieved by Trx for quite a while now. I look at quite a few pharmacy companies that are either doing studies or trying to obtain Fda approval of which in many cases fail. What Trx is achieving is truly remarkable.
The other significant factor is there are some heavy weights around Trx. Janet Lampert is worth googling I don't like ramping but when she goes, people will be arguing at 20p, that she will go to 40p. So imop we are lucky to be getting in at this level.
B2H. I believe most of us agree of your concerns hence the fragile position of sp. The way I look at the pressing matter of finance is two fold. I am happy for an ipo as this company hasn't wasted money in the past. That's a brave way of saying, some of us are waiting for Rns saying cash raise requested. Personally i believe at current sp, we are in a win win situation.
The fundamental are looking interesting. According to the rule of physics we should see break even or even profit next year. Eps is improving year on year.
Like you say, the finance situation is a little uncomfortable but again i believe we are in at price either way.
Redge. It's worth remembering real people exist behind user names and from experience great people. I spend hours researching and still become humbled by posters who leave me standing with knowledge. Good evening to you.
The San Antonio expansion is fantastic. We are not waiting for study results or for FCA approval. Tissue Regenex achievements have Not yet been reflected in sp. I suggest we are in for one great ride next year.
She is heading down to 4.25. The whole market is shakey. I am waiting for takeover bid from larger operation.
We have to wait for the banks to do reconciliation of assets before we move forward. Net asset value is very good however we need the banks valuation. Because the alledged rock star behaviour of the board, that apparently has not changed. I believe an sp of 10/12p is likely for a take over. This offer is likely after asset reconciliation has been completed. On a brighter note a takeover is probable at any time.
