No fatprofits to be had here 🤣🤣
Read the respective RNS and the detail is there.
If you are unable to understand the difference that's your liok out. Luck with your holding.
Fatprofits you are impossible. I give up.
They are options on my reading, or partnership shares as EZJ refers to them..?
Unless anyone can tell me otherwise..

We seems to be undergoing a deferred 'sell in May'. Perhaps it's because summer started a month or so late.
That's interesting, do you think that there could be a link? Even after your post tradeguru I didn't get it. Even took me a moment after Stille spelled it out.
Wizz plunging. It is best we stay out of war zone indefinitely
Tho ‘shouldve’ is banned word in my house, really think this is stupidly cheap now
Hade a big buy order in for £22.50 @ £4.44 but did not hit so i'll spend it on Vodka & Kebab

I'm now wishing for 500s - seems like only a month ago 700 was a real close possibility - oh wait, it was only a month ago! The movement of this stock doesn't make sense to me!

Not sure I see the value of listing it or spinning it off. The profit from the holidays business comes with very little capital, the ROCE from that part of the business will make the group ROCE fly. I get the market might pressure it (like HSBC from activist shareholders), but not from EZJ IMO
When comparing Ryanair and easyJet performance you have to understand that the business is very different.
easyJet has embarked on a holiday business that ryanair can't replicate. This take the DIY holiday business away from ryanair. It will be the major growth opportunity over the next 5 years and as far as profit goes could exceed the airline business. At what point they list it separately or spin it off remains to be seen
Same price it was in march …2002…jesus f christ…no wonder uk stocks known as the “ bug zapper trade “. Shxt companies on a shxt index.
Just compared easyjey SP to ryanair over 3 and 6 months they are near perfectly in step, so much for all the conspiracy theorists!

Once again, it’s bath time for us ezy fans. We love the share, but the people that matter - the analysts who play with algorithms and work for BofA - they have decided it’s dump time and send the SP into the earth’s crust. Right now the company is reportedly making somewhere in the region of £4M per day. Per Day! Yes, there’s fundamentals which might usurp ezy having a blinding year - French ATC strike maybe,, baggage handlers, Putin does something else which is crazy - but all in all, these aren’t going to happen and Ezy should make a terrific profit this financial year. Sadly it remains unloved. How far will it fall is anyone’s guess.

Yes FTSE really doesn't like airlines, IAG on a PE of 5, unless I missing something that seems silly under valued
Should be in the 800p range by now but airline stocks have been volatile and surpressed!

I guess the upside / downside risks of new bigger planes have been looked at.
In terms of the 321, only 1 more crew, so some extra cost there if you can't fill those extra seats, and I guess fuel cost as the TARE weight will be more. But the upside of the extra capacity vs the extra CPS if that capacity isn't filled seems weighted in the upside category for me
Will easyjet be able to fill all the seats on newer aircraft WITHOUT having to drop prices? FULL Smaller aircraft surely better for less popular routes than UNFULL larger plane!

I dont see anything negative in it. But for step change in the ROCE / EBITDA % metrics, that seems a bit on the longer term than Medium term for me. EG when those 319 get off fleet, thats when the CPS improves materially and with that the EBITDA / ROCE. and thats not really happening until 2028, so perhaps the market is just impatient and wanted to see that sooner? Obviously the overall planes are going up before then but that doesn't improve the ROCE / EBITDA % metrics as much
Skimmed through the report and couldn't find anything negative. Medium term looks very positive. Anyone found out reason for the drop today?

Please post a link to any media about the pilots pay deal being accepted. If it has been it's not reported anywhere that I can see.
Exactly my thoughts...this is one hell of a controlled share by some muppets!!!! hey ho, we can pick some up at cheapo price before we go higher..Hahahahaha.
You would have thought with pay deal sorted that would be one hell of a headache EZJ did not need over peak Summer .
Strange we open down
Jet2 is not affected though...thats weird.they are up 29pence.

Like i did the other day. Mystic Meg he is.
"my crystal ball is telling me the share price may go up, ........or it may go down"
I'm not saying there is no value in TA btw, just the non committal nature of it, of at least stumpy's interpretation of it.
"goodbye" - pmsl, only pointed out a legit observation
Jimmy, it's typical dross that stumpy comes out with. Complete nonsense. Not worth reading.
Very good Jimmy, you're all over it. Goodbye
Wait, what Stupmy ?
We could see 423 but could be 527, but possibly 371 or lower but 535 could be a reasonable hope.
You've taken a position but you dont think we've seen the bottom yet.
I mean, huh ?
One of the most ambiguous posts I've read on any board here over the years

Always been like this but it’s making zero difference to this share price. Covid is over, air traffic / passenger numbers is at an all time high and still the share price is very low.
A few days away from mid summer and southern Europe is hot and packed with visitors. I am at Alicante airport now and it's like a football match has ended. Thousands through the arrivals door every hour.
Lots of orange on the board.

Air china up beat operating data this morning and Whitbread holding up also (leisure connection). Maybe won't directly impact our SP, but can't be bad news for European Travell related companies.

Looks tempting to buy another 10K
A deep think over the weekend and a look at the next couple of months....
Euros, olympics, poor UK weather. I decided I would regret not buying more while we're in bargain basement. Added another £10k this morning, with another tranche ready if we drop nearer £4.

Swissair went bust (knew this) but Swissair defaulted on debt to SABENA which caused Belgian flag carrier to go bust in November 2001 (outrageous)
Just put stake on Belgium to win Euro 24, also got Germany and France covered in small way
Missed my Gamblers Anonymous appointment last week :)

Keep the faith, this will come good. An outbreak of realism around the fundamentals or a bid. Either way, there is massive value in this business, medium and long term holders will, in my opinion, be rewarded.
Thank you all for yr words of comfort. Will wait with fingers crossed.

You must have shedloads of vodka then!
Well that was helpful .
I for one don't care if sp heads lower as i will buy .😘
I also don't come crying like some when sp heads south I just turn to my Vodka 😋
Prinetime51, try not to think anymore, dear me, your brain must get tired with all the possibilities of outside the box psychology.
Is this drop in sp got anything to do with Labour getting in power ?
Will they slap a levy on travel ?
Just thinking out the box
£5.30 will turn out to be a bargain just not as much as £4.50.
Lots of manipulation with so few investors and so many traders. Algorithm gamblers make it worse. It's so easy to trigger a drop with easy access to shareholders through low threshold media channels. Combined with some organised trading and the price drops massively on good results.
London stock exchange is a toxic cesspool.
easyJet need to take action and move their listing.

I’ve taken a bath from this investment
How deep is your bath water & do you have them yellow ducks just asking.
I see Ezy has been declared the worst performing share in the ftse 100. Great start to life there.
This dog of a share - not a dog of a company - is being killed by the institutions who very possibly are driving it lower on behalf of a client who plans an attempted takeover. That rarely works. But where is its floor? Where is its support ? It’s just not coming. I’ve taken a bath from this investment but am holding on to some stock in case of a recovery. Just sadly, can’t see it happening. Something has to give - not sure what. Crashing further or some mighty finance house stepping in. What we do is immaterial.

"NON!" Should have listened, now between devil & deep blue sea.
"Georges est un peu fatigué votre Madgèsté."!
B u gger, should have listened on, it was a journaliste who asked De Gaulle about the quote attributed to him. De Gaulle, like the consumate diplomat he was, refuses the credit for the quote. Good quote, good discussion, good clip of De Gaulle in action though.
I'm making progress. He can be seen/heard saying it in this clip. I think it relates to GB/England their references rather my view joining the European Union. He does actually say in this clip 'L'Angleterre, je la veux nue'. Interesting. At least I've had something to do in the last few minutes, not like the EZJ SP is giving me much to play with!!
Just looked that up and it seems De Gaulle denies saying it, suggesting it was attributed to him wtihout truth.
Theoretically the 'her' refers to England (UK) from what I can gather.
Yes @Pokerchips.
Was it De Gaulle who said “I want her but I want her naked” je la veux, mais je la veux nue
It was a privilege to be in the EU. Spilt milk!

@Damiansasha whilst your compatriots/UBS are predicting £7 am sticking and loading up on Monday
Will be keen to enter if it goes sub £4
Market doesn't give a FF about new routes, new airport, new airplanes, record travellers, lower fuel/oil price, debts off ! It's not because a few routes have been aborted or because a pilot strikes looms, it's not because the war or else am I missing something, its not because the bloody French or British political fiasco, it's only just a mind game made for institution that are tipped off from inside trading, at least that would make complete sense
Hahahaha....being driven lower and lower. the muppets are at It...again!!! good time to swallow some at bargain basement price!!!
It all depends on news flow though. tomorrow we could hear that EZJ is being taken over and wooshhhh...up 40 %. who knows. Being back at £4.50 i am thinking this is a good takeover target.
