Scotty - I just don’t think the business want to sell they know it’s value and it’s more of a family business think castlelake will up there offer but I just don’t think a takeover will happen.

Just don’t think the EZJ board will sell.

The sp might take a bit of a hit and it may even fall back to 10p or even lower but it’s turned into a long term investment now investors willing to hang on for 3 to 5 years it could and should pay off, gone are the sudden jumps in the sp from 2 years ago it’s a steady slow climb or slow and steady drop now in the sp, it’s going to be 3 to 4 years for pipeline completion, and conformation the oil and gas is definitely there, well it’s a long time away and other investment opportunities will come and go during this period that’s why I got out, good luck to the holders one day it will pay off but it’s going to take a while.

Basil - correct take your profit like I did + 40% not bad for 3 weeks of investment in EZJ and it is all about knowing when to get out with a nice little profit, and before the tide turns.

Just don’t think the EZJ board are interested in selling the business they have made no effort to communicate with castlelake can’t see this takeover happening.

Seems castlelake want EZJ on the cheap just can’t see that happening, unless a offer of £8 to £9 a share is agreed.

Can see EZJ selling for a measly £6.25 a share the board knows its worth well over that so won’t sell.

My view is EZJ won’t sell, offers coming in are nowhere near a realistic price, and castlelake won’t go to £8 to £9 what it’s actually worth.

Trev - Personally think this is going to happen ITS NOT FOR SALE.

If castlelake don’t make an offer I can see a drop maybe around £4.50 however the Iran situation could throw a spanner into the works here too we’re £4 mark could occur if it’s not sorted quickly by this is by Friday by Trump its a make or break day for many here, if castlelake do make an offer I can see £6 closing Friday, it’s certainly going to be an interesting week.
