Morgan Advanced Materials plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs).
On 5 September 2025, Laurent Cohen-Scali, President, Thermal Products, was granted an award in the form of restricted shares in accordance with the rules of the Morgan Advanced Materials Share Plan 2022. These awards were made to compensate for forfeited long-term incentive awards on leaving his previous employer and have no performance conditions attached.
