INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that it received notification on March 22, 2023, that Kathryn Hudson, a PDMR, transferred 3,000 ordinary shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') to her spouse and Person Closely Associated ('PCA'), Paul Hudson, for nil consideration. Following this transfer, the beneficial interests in the Company's Shares of Kathryn and her PCAs remains unchanged at 32,983, with a total of 29,983 held by Kathryn and 3,000 held by her spouse.
