IAG 2025 FINAL DIVIDEND

As announced on 26 February 2026, the Board of Directors of International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (IAG) submitted for approval at its 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting the distribution in cash of a final dividend of €0.05 per share.

The Board is pleased to announce the approval of the final dividend which will be paid as follows:

Gross total dividend	€0.05
Applicable withholding tax (19%)	€0.0095
Net total dividend	€0.0405

(Euros per share)

Timetable (applicable to both the Spanish and UK markets)

Ex-dividend date	25 June 2026
Record date	26 June 2026
Payment date	From 29 June 2026

The payment of this dividend will be executed by Banco Santander acting as paying agent.
