Director Declaration - External Appointment

In accordance with LR 9.6.14R, Auto Trader Group plc ("Auto Trader", the "Company"), the UK's largest automotive marketplace, announces that Catherine Faiers, COO and an Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Board that she will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Allegro.eu, a leading e-commerce business in Poland and CEE. The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of Allegro.eu at their forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Auto Trader's Board has been informed throughout the process and fully supports the appointment.
