Grant of SAYE Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs
Employee SAYE awards and director shareholding
Auto Trader Group plc is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2022 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE" Scheme) for all eligible employees and that the Company has been notified of the following share option grant to a Director of the Company under the Company's Save as You Earn ("SAYE") scheme. The SAYE scheme is approved by HM Revenue and Customs.
Pursuant to this all-employee SAYE scheme award, Jamie Warner, Chief Finance Officer, has received 1,341 SAYE Options.
Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of 456.16p per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. The Options were issued on 14 December 2022 and will normally be exercisable from 1 February 2026 at the end of the three-year SAYE scheme savings contract period.
