This company thus far is successful in the development of the tech. But when and how share holders are rewarded is a bit of an open question.

And finally, all those that are happy to wait for this to come to fruition play a mind game with your self.

How long will you actually wait?

2 years maybe 3? How about 5 or 7or 10?

Find a time where you would draw the line, just for fun and while you are at it after the wait, what sp return would you want?

This is not fud but a simple obvious calculation that I would assume everyone went through prior to their first purchase but given the new horizon of years down the track does it all still hold true?

Time and the price the individual paid before cashing in will determine the scale of success of the investment.

£5 each globally from just 20m people and it’s done. Surely they must be able to tap into some cancer charities to speed things along?

Neut, that was my point on the sofa analogy. The lower the sp the greater amount of shares can be obtained for less outlay. This from an investment pov , if you are as sure as you can be, on the eventual outcome it is in your interest to try and get into that position.

It’s not about the science.

It becomes a game of poker and As is a scientist and ultimately I see no evidence he cares enough about this side of the business to protect shareholders interests. (Personally I see the fact that house broker is ineffectual as proof that there little focus on this critical side of the enterprise)

At some point, some here are going to realise that time is an important factor when trying to make money by running their own portfolio’s.

Many here have shares in another tec stock. It went up 15% yesterday on no news.

This is not the only stock that has potential.

Do what you like obviously but now I have no idea when this trial will finish. I have no idea if Avct want a bigcash raise to go it alone or will license out or will continue with hand to mouth asks of equity.

I do think they have cracked it but my fear with AS he is letting the perfect get in the way of the good.

I think they need a stronger commercial hand on the tiller.

His words ring hollow on share holders interests when he never ever delivers on a timeline and every presetation of good news undermines the value of the co.

Don’t waste your time with I’ve sold out drivel, I just think it’s a foggy view now to see where this is going sp wise.

Right now it looks it will stay in a , probably low, trading range unless something unexpected happens.

So far then, given the cure to cancer has caused a near 8% drop in an already low sp, which suggests it’s not about the science and given I thought the time line was for Q4/Q1 why do you persist in making out I don’t understand anything?

If there is dilution and it looks more likely than not at some time in the not to distant future, why would you on balance buy now? And let’s not forget there is a £4m sales coming up.

So rather than insult me would it not be more helpful to game these possibilities out?

I’ve, I have considered that option too and it may happen.

My cautious nature however looked at the go it alone strategy if for no other reason than they could have already licensed unless it’s too early (which I think it is)

So how much to fund the trials for 7 years?

What level of dilution does that incur?

The options most likely to me are a few steps back before going forward and the timescales are now so far in the future as to be meaningless

My best guess and now hope is a buy out soon ish but I have no idea if what when it will be but all of a sudden 300p is not crazy given returns are around 2030.

Maybe ice, but if a big money partner takes a 50% stake we just lost half of the profits.

A complete buyout is best otherwise a big cash raise will be needed. You’re smarter than most here so you can do the maths.

Imo AS is no longer in control by the way. No idea on timelines and even by his standards these continual mistakes simply portray him as inept.

We see it differently than ice as rag’s meticulous analysis was often actually based on a number of assumptions. Many of these were concearned with why p1b hadn’t already started and how quickly de5 & 6 would complete. Given all these assumptions have proved incorrect I don’t quite see the attraction to why this meticulous analysis was so popular.

Treating the market as though it was as thick as mince did imo highlight a breakdown in his meticulous analysis.

Gje in his frustration with my post was stating the obvious fact that the Sp always has 2 options which I have always banged on about. The salient point is which option is most likely.

That is a taboo subject here. As is any discussion of how the market works other than they are all stupid or corrupt.

Ok gje but there is actually little or no discussion on my posts. one third tell everyone to ignore them an just under two thirds insult me.

On the other hand rah and similar posts keep saying that it works and that the market has no idea.

Seems to me Avct has a tech that can wrap around dox keeping it inert until it detects the tumor. They had great success in mice and have moved on to humans with what seems to be similar results. The first part of the trial is finishing with the final phase soon to begin.

I tried the failed analogy of the sofa being the science.

You find the best sofa and all that you need do now is try and get it at the best price. It’s not a reflection on the sofa.

If you think the market is not 100% fixated on that aspect then I think you are missing a trick.

The other point I have observed is that some here assume if you are trying or discussing the concept of getting better value or more shares for your money then the only alternative is that you are shorting the stock. This is patently ridiculous on an investment bb.

Some crow that they bought in at 50p showing off of the good value they obtained.

Yet trying to have a discussion to see if future potential value might arise is shouted down as heretical!

Sorry that you took the 75p remark as gospel. I am simply trying to explain what I think is holding big money back.

I think they think there is a good chance of getting better value than today IF there is a cash raise.

I also am genuinely surprised that many here have put no weight on the word imminent.

It was not necessary if no fund raise had been discussed or was under discussion.

Here is a prediction though. When it arrives will the 1000 odd posts that follow decide how long imminent really is? I am pretty sure it will go into the lexicon of AS timeline predictions.

The error I think some here make is the assumption the market gives a rats about Avct.

If Avct power on from here and the sp does not look back, they won’t care or be kicking themselves, they will just find the next cash strapped co. With promising IP and see if that’s a situation they can exploit.

I have been buying fairly heavily up to and including last week, even whilst in the sunny med. but I have also set aside a fair bit just in case a discount is offered that actually includes PI’s.

No doubt this post will be yet more proof that I am somehow undermining Avct and the rest of humanity but all I am trying to do is think ahead to see if I too can benefit from a scenario that does not look quite as far fetched as some here clearly do.

When I said it’s not about the science it’s about the money (way back when)I was not denigrating the science. My train of thought was the seeming disconnect between the sp and the science.

Say you have been looking for a 3 piece suite and you find at last, the right size, design and color and turns out you are on the DFS website. It costs £1500 which is at the top but within your budget. And guess what, it’s the only month they don’t have a sale on. Now, do you buy it now or wait a few weeks and get it for £750 if it’s included in the sale?

Or do you really, honestly think the market is as thick as mince?
