Gogs, I think these days it is always possible parts orders get delayed beyond their original estimated dates. It's just the world we live in now.

I have no reason to think this is the case here, but just pointing out what everyone in the world knows, so even there was a delay its ok.

The "problem" would be if a "delay" on parts were announced as an EXCUSE for other problems.

I think by releasing this RNS its clear that the drill has been successful with better helium flow rates detected.

So there are imo, no grounds for any seed of doubt at this stage, as to how this stage of the exploration is going.

The other plus is that LB has been as good as her word since she took over. Therefore until I see or hear differently there is for me, no reason not to believe her. (imo, dyor etc etc)

There is nothing to suggest the basin is small.

This, to me, confirms the likelihood of the contracts "won" as ultimately, being uneconomic and that is the cause of the accounts not being signed off and the govt not supporting the loan.

This will immediately get lost in the deluge of posts coming but fwiw a close above 1.46p would be a significant move and the next target would be a close above 3p :0))

The extra money might be keeping the lighghts on and the work in place to continue while other avenues are being investigated.

I am now of the view that the contracts signed were "bought" and effectively uneconomic and that has caused the problems that the profit margin simply is not sufficient to maintain the business as a going concern.

But I am just guessing.

Gubbie, I wanted the opportunity to get a few more through the retail offering. Whether that will be successful I don't know but if its over subscribed then the SP will likely rise and therefore getting more at this level will still, potentially be a good level buy in. (I am hoping its a bit of a wyn-wyn strategy).

Well timing is sure not my thing but I have added today. 11.5p seems pretty close now. The RI took me by surprise but the lack of downward movement was a positive and leaves a little extra cash in the pot, while giving greater scope with their 0ne-stop offering.

Anyway, a double bottom has formed so if 11.5p does go, the 14p plus would be the target, and not for nothing but Its about time it got a move on. (imo dyor etc)

I am not one for FOMO per se, but I think there might be an element of this today.

The weekend will allow for another couple of days drilling so an update on Monday becomes more likely rather than less, so we might get a bump up on that basis.

Well, clearly they have bought them for a reason.

It suggests the MOU will be developed into something more formal and concrete.. That in turn would result in improved profits for CPX which in turn will raise the SP.

So their stake becomes more valuable and at the same time gives them some control over the direction of CPX.

If they are increasing their stake further then it would give them yet more control over CPX with the possibility of selling out at a profit in the future or taking the company over completely or stopping/allowing another entity to buy CPX, (should one emerge).

Given the current Mkt Cap here this seems to have on the face of it, great risk reward potential. (imo, dyor etc etc.)

The question is not does H&W survive, (I have never doubted that it will) just in what form and will current shareholders pay the price or not.

I still think if finance is tricky/expensive/too great a sum to raise, then a 10-1 RI may be being looked at. But thats just a guess, but its always an option and given the alternatives I imagine some sort of share holder cash raise is being at least considered.

The key is efficacy, the rest ultimately means nothing. What cohort are we now on 7? 8? how is 2WD going its been 8 months?

If there had been no update the silence would likely be interpreted as there being a problem on site.

So, I agree, no new news, but confirmation all is ok.

LB is keeping her word on time lines. This is another one that was ahead of or at least, on time,

It does show I think now, that she understood the, not only frustration of missing timelines under the previous administration, but the very harmful effect it had on sentiment and therefore the SP making the various RI's that much harder and therefore dilutive that were necessary.

I hope this honesty and straightforward approach lasts. I am finding it very refreshing.

PL75, it is apparent to your, now only, historic references of other stocks of mine that you will not discuss my record on this one.

However for the record. I got into Harl based on the govt backing it. I believed that there was a greater chance of success than failure due to the highly sensitive political nature of the company. I was in no doubt of the fragile and underwhelming businnes itself, but as I say I thought the govt would not let this venture go down hence my involvement. I was wrong. Hey ho. (Still if you read all the RNS's prior to a few months ago, I imagine most would think they were would be fine.)

As for HE1, well, I am up on this stock over my entire involvement with it and still have a modest stake in it.

We all make mistakes PL, and I am only messing about with these high risk ones, I am at least content to take a loss that I can easily afford to not be over exposed in the relatively high chance gambles as soon as the picture changes.

You just can't help your seemingly bitter negative nature always spilling out in these forums to anyones view you disagree with.

You constantly boast how you have filtered me bit always respond to what I post.

Some may see that as deceitful. Some may also see that as trying to display a look of superiority as you brag about all these "green Boxes" you never read, but still know all the detail of.

Long as you are happy though, thats the main thing.
