'Vatel still own 4.18 percent. Not sold any and still our largest holder. Then blackrock at 2.81 percent.'

My average is £6.60 and at loss of around 60% of my investment on paper.

What i am very worried and fearful about is that this is all a strategy of the BOD , who are essentially new to the party , and they want something for themselves out of Novacyt . What i mean is , they want to have shares cheap and they are happy to wait till the share price drops to 50p -£1 and they will snap up huge numbers of shares for themselves . Only then will we start the BOD promoting this company up from the roof tops and hyping it up . Until then I am fearing that its all a strategy by the BOD to keep low key and let the share price drop to a low level . Hence we get negative tone to RNS , no RNS on CE validated products , lack of clarity , lack of what is actually happening with active discussions on DHSC dispute etc . Its all to suppress sentiment of private investments . Why have they not been able to get enough institutional investors on board - because they know what we dont know ? The The BOD want these shares cheap and probably want to snap up a few hundred thousand shares at 50p -£1. T

This is all my gut feelings and speculation.

Thanks 21ATS for your concern . I always scrutinize things , its my nature , and as a person i am very cautious . But , i got caught out by the way Novacyt BOD / CEO who have strategically trashed their share holders . Of course i am holding , not going to sell any of my shares and be at loss . Just hoping this new CEO will turn this boat around and really shake this company up in a positive way . Its been completely rudderless with GM with respect to protecting private share holders.

My concern about novacyt is how its been run down by the CEO/ BOD over last 12 months despite the high grade robust novice products pioneered by their brilliant scientists that they have .

You look at Oxford Nanopore ONP, what is it about them that they now have a market cap of around £5 billion . What is it they have done different to Novacyt ? What is it that they have which Novacyt dont have ? Do ONP have better diverse products than Novacyt ?

After looking at what ONP have done i can only conclude is that ONP have marketed and promoted themeselves hugely and their BOD have got institutional investors on board who are investing in their millions . Our CEO has run this Novacyt down badly and has a private investor i am not happy with how the BOD / CEO have trashed us share holders . The CEO / BOD have destroyed the sentiment due to poor commerce .

But Kaeren i have not seen any £50K+ buys today

just one big contract win will change this ship around in the right direction . Thats what we are so desperate for now .

The BOD and GM are complicit with what is happening with the SP . The question is what is their agenda ? GM has no skills in giving a positive spin on RNS . There are so many positive ways to give news about the LFT which has not received CE as yet rather than using the word 'delay ' . What worries me will the new CEO be the chairman's and BOD muppet ?

The crucial cogwheel in Novacyt's engine is not the CEO or BOD , but its the scientists who are pioneering these brilliant novice tests. What scares me is if any of these scientists get head hunted by the big boys, then what ?

I'm not liking all this media highlighting negative tone towards Novacyt. There is some agenda going on to trash this share. It not helped by the fact that GM never engaged with media and promoted the company efficiently over last 12 months.

Its clear the strategy of CEO / BOD cant you see ?

Low key marketing / promoting the company + some negative toned RNS = will suppress PI sentiment . This will bring SP to around £2 and then they can do share buy out cheaply and give themselves cheap shares . Then watch the SP shoot up !

The way i see this with Novacyt is that it has not been marketed correctly and promoted efficiently . Who to blame ? Surely its the CEO & BOD . You compare this with Oxford Nanopore , what is it that they have done different to achieve such a high market cap ? The answer is that they have really shouted out their products and let the media know all about them and their business .

I am annoyed at GM with how he has trashed us share holders and his clarity & pathetic commerce .

I remember Kaeren going on and on about how GM will pull something out of the hat before AGM and lift the share price . Well , i am still waiting , but will not be holding my breath . Shame on everyone who praised GM . The guy was a cowboy in my personal subjective opinion.

why have IIs not invested in Novacyt . What have the BOD been doing last 12 months and not promoting this company to get IIs on board and building the company up . What is going on

I have always maintained that GM trashed the shareholders ever since he got his £7-10 million bonus from shareholders last year . There was something not right with this fellow . His RNS were mostly vague and not dynamic enough to please stock market . Its like he was not bothered . The chairman is supposed to be a equity expert and i wonder if he has had a big hand in suppressing information and promoting the company . Something is simply is not right .

Really regret investing here with these corrupt BODs even though products on paper look strong and thats why i invested .

Problem with this BB is that its run by bullies on here , and we know all these are . I am actually 52 years of age , a very experienced GP and doctor since 1994 . We all have opinions and anxieties and its just a opinion what we say ... no need to kill the messenger as they say .

Kaeren . I am kicking myself for investing in Novacyt when I had opportunities elsewhere , which have gone x4+ . . I am anxious only because I just did not predict the BOD / CEO would kick us in the teeth like this . I am not short of money trust me , but i am a winner and don't like losing in life . I do question what have the CEO / BOD actively done to protect share holder value this year ? Have they promoted their products efficiently and to maximum effect . Is the strategy of the CEO / BOD to keep SP suppressed until they are in a position to take advantage of share price when its low enough to buy back and then suddenly release a RNS that they have now resolved the matter with DHSC . I am very suspicious and disappointed with how things are currently . I really want share holders to increase their value and not be used by the company for their bonuses . I have heard so many stories where small companied really do screw share holders and pay themselves huge bonuses . I am disgusted with GM with how he has trashed share holders .

I always have stated why would a CEO want to jump ship after stating company to be built into mid cap ? What is his hidden agenda ? Was he pushed out due to his incompetance at marketing and promoting the company , but then surely the BOD have agreed to all his RNS and are guilty as well . The share price is definately suppressed by selective calculated strategy by the BOD/ CEO with careful worded RNS . But why suppress the SP , what is the true agenda here ?

I am very happy with RNS today and have every faith with Novacyt . My money is well invested and will be holding onto these shares until my price target is reached . There is absolutely no way am i selling my shares cheap .
