The US budget for covid and where it will be distributed will be annouced in December as what i read somewhere , and surely the Novacyt US team need to be pitching strongly the case for some big contracts . I hope Novacyt are looking into buying a US based diagnostic company that will enhance strong foothold within North America and establish big contracts .

I see crl123 & porky9 are hyping up the 4d Pharma board , drawing in possible naive investors with their constant ramping .

I like to see VanV back on here and wonder what his views are with Novacyt now. I think he is still invested as his average he stated was 55p ( thats if you believe what he said ) , so he would still be in profit .

I think Porky9 is paid to crank up / hype up particular shares . The clue is , who the hell stays up all night writing on BBs and hyping up shares .

i done drink alcohol at all , never like the stuff , but i can imagine a lot of people would turn to alcohol for comfort , especially if invested in this share . As a GP i have to see this front line, and its not nice when you see a poor soul addicted to alcohol and they have ruined their life.

I have noticed all year you have the habit of mocking people down . It's clear you bought this share very early stages and are still in profit, that's why you can mock everyone else ( as most are losing a lot of money with this share ) and insult them

I am going to be honest and say investing in this company has been so challenging.

I am actually a really fit sporty individual with fitness high up on my lifestyle , but I have to say investing in this share has been so draining mentally and has made me feel low in mood , which is totally out of my character. When you invest your money in a company that you believe would do well and then see your hard earn money just erode away it really does sink your spirits down .

do you have evidence to confirm the rules that the BOD are excluded from buying shares or company cannot buy share back until DHSC dispute is resolved

Its so obvious that the BOD have killed off sentiment and suppress SP. This SP will not go up until the BoD fill up their boots with free shares or buy them very cheap. The strategy is to bring this SP down as low as possible. Look , tell me which BoD has any significant shares ? The previous CEO had 122,000 and his tone changed once he received his bonuses.

We are all trapped in this value share now.

I am heavily invested more than most , but yet i am very critical of my investment as i am not happy with the way we share holders have been trashed this year.

i will further add and say GM was going on about acquisitions and mid cap prior to him receiving his bonuses ... this all changed the tone after he received his bonuses ....

Am I right in understanding that the BoD are unable to buy any Novacyt shares until the DHSC matter is resolved ?

There is a increase in RSV infection in children now in my area.

Lets look at the evidence to support or refuse my arguments :

1. Have the BOD supported the SP this year ? What was the tone of their RNS before November 2020 and what has their tone of RNS been since ?

2. Why do the BOD not RNS contracts won / or RNS positive information about products or CE marked
products achieved ?

3. Why do the BOD have a negative twist to most of their RNS ?

4. Why are BOD using twitter has their main source of media representation ?

I was speaking to a investment banker recently and a good friend of mine who has been investing in stocks & shares for 30 years and knows how the market is manipulated to and private investors are right at the bottom of the food chain.

This SP has been on a downward trajectory since January 26th 2021 . I believe the BOD have agreed set price targets with MM to reach and where they want this share price to fall to. There is a clear agenda and purpose for MM to set algorithms in place to steadily drop the price down and create a market for the purpose of the BOD to achieve their agenda.
Once that SP price range has been achieved it maybe to allow :
1. BOD members to purchase cheaper shares or buy back huge shares for company.
2. To make it attractive for Institutional Investors to invest in Novacyt.
3. To reduce overall the size of private investors and create some future stability in the share price. There are too many private investors with Novacyt which is creating volatility and cannot maintain the stability of the share price long term.
4. The BOD have already agreed with a TO from third party at a fixed price and thats why SP is dropping.

I have been following this share daily since January 2021 and I don't think any private investor has made any money out of this share since then unless you have been:

1. You were luck to buy in the share very early and your average is lower than SP.
2. You have been shorting the share.
3. A trader thats been lucky to get in at lows and manage to sell at 5-15% rise and not been caught in a spike.

The overall trajectory set by MM has been to decline this share .

The question is where has the BOD agreed with MM to drop this SP to ? Is it at £1.50 -£2 range , or even further down at 90p - £1.50p range or is it at £2 -£2.30 range.

Remember, the BOD hired ODDO to value the share price which at the time was much lower and had the effect of deramping it more than promoting the shares.
