GM has mugged share holders and shame on everyone who praised him. He did absolutely nothing to protect shareholders with their investment with novacyt. At the end he walks away with allegedly around £10M. The fact is just look at his tone of RNS and the radio silence ever since he got his bonuses. This just clearly proves what he was up to. His strategy was to keep Novacyt low key and he openly admitted that he declined any media invitations to promote the company. Why use twitter when you have other media channels more suited to stock market.

I am losing 65% of my investment with Novacyt and I did not invest to throw my hard earned money away like this. I could buy 2 new ferrari cars with the amount of money I am losing here.

For this share price to move positively, we need either :

1. A big contract win for winterplex or PROmate .
2. DHSC positive resolution.
3. Acquisitions
4. The CEO to attract those II with his guidance on forward growth of Novacyt.
5. Also I am very sad to say we also need covid-19 to continue and keep bringing revenue for Novacyt until they have built up enough cash to grow bigger.

My fear is that this share price will drift to around £1 - 1.50p and remain for several years until the BOD are ready to unleash positive forward details that will increase the share price.

I don't have much confidence in the BOD at this moment , I looked at the chairman yesterday and what a dull fat man he is and I am thinking is this for real is he the man chairing board meetings and AGMs He looks so undynamic .

GM can buy more or sell his all his NCYT shares from Monday 18th with no notification to stock market . I would not be surprised if he buys more now .

No body apart from those shorting this share and the day traders ( and thats only if they have timed it correctly as they would have been spiked most likely) has made money from this share since 9th April 2021 when GM announced his 12:30pm RNS . Its been a general downward trajectory with this ever since .

What we really need now from the new CEO on Monday is to be dynamic and positive in his RNS and forward reports .

We want :
1. A positive DHSC resolution
2. A positive clear direction for coming years with acquisitions and growth in the company
3. Some big meaty contracts ( £10m+ ) from anywhere UK and / or USA and to declare them .
4. A positive genuine desire to have private investors on board and to look after share holder value .

The reason why you don't see GPs face to face and doctors offering reduced hospital clinics face to face is that there have been a lot of doctors who have died or have serious long covid problems . My dad has waited 18 months to see a cardiologist in the NHS today and was told by his cardiologist that he only sees selected patients that he cannot deal with on the phone . So its not just GPs , its also NHS specialists in hospitals who are not seeing patients . The media will not highlight this and will concentrate on a narrative that suits them . So if you were a doctor or had a son / daughter who is a doctor do you want to increase your risk ? You can still catch covid 19 even if you are double vaccinated and had a booster . Remember in the UK you get a doctor for FREE . Anywhere in the world , and you have to pay a private fee to see a medical person . My GP colleagues in Australia will charge you 50 Australian dollars just for a 10 minute appointment and then extra on top for any investigations and more time .

This is a warm message to everyone on here . We need to support each other and help each other in a positive way now as we have been really blasted and battered by this share price over the last 8 months . Its not helped by the BOD and their strategy with whatever their real agenda is as they have killed sentiment .

Its demoralizing and frustrating and non one wants to lose money . All we can do is be positive and support each other without any back stabbing comments . Good luck everyone .

The problem is that GPs are highly regulated and the quality of the job now is very poor . Most of my friends and GPs i worked with and trained with have left to go to Australia / or middle east or Canada for better work life balance and quality of the job . 60% of the GP workforce have either retired / left the country / or gone part time .

GPs are getting replaced by Advance Nurse Practitioners in the UK - their training and knowledge is so considerably less than a GP . It takes 10 years to make a GP . ( 5 years at medical school + 2 years internship in hospital + 3 GP registrar years going through all the specialties like pediatrics and obstetrics & gynacology & psychiatry & A&E etc etc )

The only winner of this show is Graham Mullis with his £8M goldon handshake . And we share holders have been mugged . Shame on all those who praised this guy .

I am not selling any of my shares , i am very positive and long term . We will come good soon. I hold 90K shares .

Jackin36 i am not giving anyone any advice at all . Someone asked my opinion and told them what i would do personally FOR MYSELF .

Someone posted this article previously which if you read maybe useful as it will link up with BMJ articles and Immunology articles on this subject of boosters.

Once again i am not giving anyone any advice , they are free to do their research and make their own mind up . All i am saying is this is what i would do for myself only .

Lets just concentrate on novacyt .

You will not like what i have to say about boosters ... it just overloads your immune system and possible increase risk of autoimmune disease . I will not have it . That's my personal opinion have reading BMJ and research articles

so many selling up today , people have just had enough now .... wish i could , i am stuck at a loss currently of huge amounts

I have voted yes to all resolutions only because my knowledge of resolutions and how these BOD actually work is limited . I am a medical person , have no experience in accountancy / finance or managing companies .

I am therefore very worried that , even though they have 100M + in the bank , that the BOD will dilute the shares and reduce share value even more . I am also thinking they want to keep this share price down as long as possible until they are given their free share options or until they can buy these shares very cheap . Once these BOD have filled their boots with cheap shares and only then will we start getting this company to promote itself from the roof tops and share price will go up .
