Poidster , I am already overloaded here and heavily invested . I will just hold as long as it takes. If i think we have reached the bottom and we get news of any big contracts / DHSC resolution in our favour then i may invest more money . My average is £6.60 , and even if i invest another £50K at £2.30 , it will only bring my average down to let say around £5.80 , so not really worth it is it.

This is all just my opinion only and speculation , but the BOD knew from Feburary / April / May 2021 that GM was going to be moved on , so why not push him out sooner and get that new CEO in quick. I am thinking GM may have released his foot off the accelerator , his focus lost , his ambitions faded , and slowed down the Novacyt momentum with gaining further contracts , resolving the DHSC dispute and maximising full marketing of Novacyt products . I think Novacyt should have got the new CEO in sooner than October 18th and personally I would have gone for someone from a blue chip company like Abott / thermofisher / Roche , someone well advanced in knowledge of the diagnostic markets . Someone whom would have got very good contacts to make big deals and get those IIs on board. I feel Novacyt have wasted the last 6 months because of this ' retiring' GM who was just ticking the clock down in my personal opinion .

A question for those who are knowledgeable. What was Novacyt's non covid revenue for 2020 and so far in 2021 from all their vast range of non covid related diagnostic products ?

remember the CEO and BOD have said they want this company to be mid cap . so either they are bluffing and fooling everyone or they are secretly ( ie no positive RNS )going about doing exactly that !

Monty888 I agree this is a value trap share as it stands .

Thats why i am so desperate that novacyt can by hook or by crook can secure a 100M+ contract from anywhere in the world US / Europe / UK and then declare it on RNS !

This SP in the short term will only rocket with 1. resolution of DHSC in Novacyt's favour or 2. with a massive contract .

So Larry it looks like II are less than 8% in Novacyt . This is why the share price crumbled due to weak PI / traders / shorts .
In order for this share price to stabilise and move up we need more II on board , Ideally 25% of total volume.

okay Lewis99 , smart arse . Tell me what is the timeframe you think this will hit above £6 ? We are not getting BOD supporting the share . There is absolutely no guarantee that we will ever see that DHSC dispute resolved because of the corrupt government . II are not pouring in millions into this share . And for your information , i don't need to sell up as i would be losing a fortune and so will hold as long as it bloody painfully takes

Can anyone guide me with this . What percentage of II are actually invested in Novacyt and what is their total volume of shares in Novacyt ?

My average is £6.60 and i am now coming to terms with the fact that i may not even break even on my investment unless we can get enough II on board with Novacyt .

Its obvious what BOD / CEO are doing . They are not supporting the SP , so that the SP sinks as low as possible . The CEO will work on II to get them on board by buying in low and then the SP will stabilise as it slowly grows upwards slowly . I am thinking it may even take up to 10 years before i hit break even again .

Unless we get a £$100M+ contract now and which is declared on RNS , then its unlikely that the SP will move up .

I understand you are on free hit with this share, well done to you. You got in very early which helped. I read your previous comments and am very impressed with your consistent correct predictions and how you see things with Novacyt. I am looking for some guidance on how this share will go in the next 3 months , 6 months . Can you help with how you see this going. My break-even is @£6.60 so not looking great. I will hold as I am already at loss of 65%. Any information / guidance would be appreciated.

My personal thoughts are that we are not going to get any support from the CEO / BOD until they fill their boots up with cheap shares and will sink this share as low as they can with doing absolutely nothing in terms of positive RNS or providing any future growth details of the company .

Once the BOD have got what they want in terms of their shares , then , and only then , will they start to support the share price .

Novacyt are famous for

' no news is good news '

Today's events highlights that Novacyt should have been more focused and channelled its marketing to international arenas . GM , tactically messed up I believe. Not only did he not make the DHSC contact waterproof and protect Novacyt , but he lost focus completely , and should have gone full throttle in promoting the Novacyt products to USA / Latin America / India / Mainland Europe , even if it means selling at lower margins.

If GM was a manager of a football club , he would have been sacked after 10 games with very poor tactics on and off the field . The crowds in the stands would have given him one hell of abuse. And like all football mangers , they get sacked and get paid a huge contract pay off worth millions.

So far I deeply regret setting eyes on this company as I am losing £380K of my own money.

Novacyt are 6 months behind progression as GM should have been shown the door 6 months ago and a new CEO from a blue chip diagnostic company bought in with knowledge of extensive contacts in diagnostic field and with marketing & sales background.

Step forward new CEO , build this company out , secure contracts and acquisitions in non covid companies . Sepsis is a massive revenue generator and there must be companies we can buy specialising in latest sepsis tests.

sorry everyone for my rant .... i had a friend of mine round today , who had invested £200k in bitcoin last year , and she has made a cool £2M from her investment ... She told me to invest my money in bitcoin last year and i did not listen ( instead i went into novacyt) and so feeling really upset and downbeat today . Believe me or not , but its a disgrace how novacyt have treated its shareholders

I am just really shocked with how this share price has been creeping down ever since January 29th 2021 . The BOD have not helped protect the shareholders , they dont even RNS positive information and usually there this some negative spin on their RNS . I am holding this even it goes to 50p , I will have to learn from this and not invest in any AIM stocks again. For me to breakeven i have to hit £6.60
