I am a passionate individual and i say it as i feel and dont hide away from how i feel . I have gone big with this company and feel really let down so far with how they treat us shareholders like crap . Sure , great R&D , great products .... but where are the big contracts to show for it ?...... The only winner i see it so far are those that bailed out with profits before April 9th 2021 and GM ( with his bonuses ). Its a disgrace quite frankly how this company trashes its shareholders and does not protect shareholder value . I am fighting on behalf of all shareholders here by saying novacyt needs to get their bloody act together and behave like a company that wants to be a mid cap organisation .

I have invested in several big companies but this novacyt is the worst in communications and promoting itself. It does not protect its shareholders and leaves them to hunt for any bits of scrap of information. Its a total disgrace this company. I am a big value individual and have invested £640K of my own money in this and I am well ****ed off.

I am not sure if VanV is still invested in novacyt and still on this BB as another username , but the number of times he said GM wrote to him and he came across as a man of integrity . VanV if you are reading , can you tell me who are you kidding pal ?

investorSteve can you please not analyse things too much , This is not some data analysis project. We all have opinions and we all bring to the table our different views and mindset . You dont need to analyse me too much , i am pretty much straight and honest as they come . I am not a deramper or a ramper . I have invested here heavy and looking back now my mistake and just feel mugged . But will hold as long as it takes as i am pretty much financially secure in life . But not a happy person at all as it stands . You need to stop picking fights on people .

The point I am making is that GM fooled private investors ( in my opinion ) and took care of his own benefits . If you look at his record from coming into novacyt , did he ever create shareholder value , no he did not . He got lucky with covid last year and the share price got hyped up but soon crashed . As soon as he got his bonuses secured it was radio silence from him and we private investors suffered . Unless you were a insider and knew what was going on there was no way you would have guessed what was going on with DHSC contract before January 29th 2020. GM knew and delivered the bombshell at 12:30pm on 9th April trapping investors like me and everyone else who had not put stop losses in place and who were at work . I can imagine employees of Novacyt and people working in R&D / sales & marketing for Novacyt who also have invested in shares and would not have known and got shafted as well . So the point I am making is GM shafted a lot of people . I am not surprised he got pushed out . All in my opinion.

I am not a very happy as i am currently losing around £350K and i am not lying about this either . I am just kicking myself for investing in here and getting mugged .

Karen you are simply speculated too much now and so far all your theories have been wrong.. you said GM would do something before AGM to elevate the SP and would be his final gift to PI before he departs..... your theory was again wide off the mark as usual.

Considering you think you know everything and a smart arse , tell me why the BOD have not bought more shares over last 6 months , surely there have been periods when they can buy and is not close for them ?

I do support the theory that the BOD want these shares cheap , simply by the fact they actually paid a broker , ODDO to give their one and only price which at the time was extremely low and deramping the share value . Who the hell pays millions to a broker to devalue the company ?

So far , I am really regretting investing in here , I am down near 70% now , but I have hope , because I believe there is a real reason and agenda why the BOD have allowed this share price to continue to drop . Once the BOD have achieved their agenda / strategy they will then support the share price . Their agenda is to shake out private investors and fill their boots with cheap shares .

Apart from GM , none of the BOD have got significant shares and they have not been adding. You have to ask why are the BOD not been adding ...... is it because they want the SP to sink as low as possible and then fill up massively. For sure we private investors are at the bottom and at the mercy of these BOD .

From the way Novacyt keep a low key profile it could be there are some hidden agenda / politics going on with BOD that has not come to light as yet . If you are a company with ambitions to become mid cap , then you want to promote yourself and get those II on board . I have invested in a number of big companies like snowflake / NIO / Tesla and they are all really hitting it hard on promoting themselves . I just cant see this SP moving up unless the BOD load up their shares and fill up their boots and only then will they have a purpose for wanting this SP to go up ..... they are deliberately keeping information low key so that this SP is kept low as possible. There must be a reason for them doing it . I also feel GM was pushed and there must have been a rift with BOD with him .

Whats the risk of the BOD diluting out the shares and wiping out private investors as a result ? I be grateful for those experienced in investment to clarify this .

The sudden buying frenzy in France from 12:30 today , what caused that ? There must have been a leak of information from higher management / BOD and those in the know are buying in maybe ? We will soon find out on Monday if there is a RNS

Just adds more amunition that GM was pushed out by either other BOD or external organisations that were unhappy with his performance. No CEO would want to leave a company wanting to build into a mid cap organisation. Did GM mess up the contract with DHSC to make it 100 % full payment in Novacyt favour and he therefore pushed out ?

I am not impressed with the BOD to be frank , its clear what they are doing - low key , low information news to suppress sentiment and therefore bring share price will be down . Whats their agenda ? Do they want II to come in at bargain prices ? , do they want to buy massive number of shares cheaply ? do they want to take out private investors ? I am simply shocked how the BOD have treated private investors .

I really regret investing in here and have put in £600K of my own money ( my own personal savings ) . I know some of my colleagues invested £100 - 200 K in Bitcoin last year and they are now laughing with £million pound+ returns .

I am holding , got no other choice , but hope and pray this BOD have not been taking private investors to the cleaners .

it could be a take over soon and CEO / directors / Plummer are all leaving to make way for incoming personnel . Lets hope so , i want to recoup my money back .
