As anyone read on possible issues of covid vaccines ?

1.rates of Pericarditis increased.
2.Menstrual irregularities in women increased
3.Lymph nodes hypertrophy
4.MI ( heart attacks) - rates gone up
5.2nd trimester miscarriages
6.Cancer rates have shot up
7.Recurrence of cancers after remission for many years increased.
8.increase in DVT
9.increase in CVA rates
10. Incidences of Loss of vision.
11.rates of Peripheral neuropathy .
12. Rates of Peripheral neuropathy.

I am not against covid-19 vaccine ( I believe it has a role for selective vulnerable patients ).

What will motivate BOD to support the SP and want the SP to be reflective of true value.

* No increase in institution investors coming in , does this mean BOD are not interested in bringing in any II ?

* BOD failing to acknowledge stock market are wanting / expecting future projected revenue estimations.

* BOD failing to update USA business .

* BOD failing to declare any new contracts.

Is it that we need to wait for BOD to load up massive free shares amongst themselves before they become interested in the stock market ?

Kaeren , covid vaccines are now becoming a power cash generater , a motive for Pfizer to encourage politicians to demand vaccinations.....

This share price will not move in any positive direction until the BOD start to provide details of future growth revenue .

Why would the BOD want the SP to go up anyway? , they are not invested in any significant shares , in fact i have more than any individual director which says a lot quite frankly .

Until the BOD buy into or allocate themeselves huge number of free shares , then unfortunately there is no reason for the BOD to be motivated enough in wanting these shares to go up as they dont care a damn about private investors !

You have to question why :

1. No BOD have bought any significant shares when SP in £2s.
2. Why the BOD do not communicate to protect the SP.
3. Why the BOD did not do buy in shares ( take out 10M+ from stock market when in £2s ) and therefore protect share holders and stop this share being manipulated by shorts and technical traders.

You cannot use the excuse of DHSC , as there was a Novacyt director who bought £30K worth of shares back in July when he was recruited, so they can buy if they want.

They can buy back shares if they want, the DHSC is accounted for in their accounts already.

What is the real agenda of the BOD ?

The BOD are not protecting the genuine share holders at all.

The company is generating revenue but the BOD are not giving any confidence to the market with their communication.

I have never known any company that uses only twitter platform to promote themselves and not tell the stock market what they are doing.

This share has been such a challenge , and truly shocking.

Where is the logic for today's fall ?

Novacyt are expanding and generating huge cash piles for further development and mid cap company.
The share price should be North of £10 / share .

What does Mid Cap mean when applied to Novacyt ?

It means £15+ / share

This company is a winner , the best diagnostic UK company around . It is not going bust , in fact its selling massively and its building up a huge pile of cash for further expansion .

Look at the the huge expansion in work force and expansion into Europe & United States .

You have to be a fool not to buy more shares or hold on with this company !

Just imagine a RNS 7am informing the stock market that Novacyt has won a contract £ / $ 1billion . Now , what will the starting share price be at 8am £15+ , and all those who are out will miss out . Now , whats the probability of that ?

The 300K shares bought first thing yesterday hyped the share price up . Was this manipulation by MMs or a actual purchase by a II ?

If you look at the boursorama today you will see first thing in morning on euronext there was a 300-350K shares bought. This pushed the share price to 490 something , then it sinked through the day , trapping those now who are invested £3.20 and above . That purchase , who is buying these huge amounts ? Is it the MMs ?

Do you know if Ruth Powell is a private investor or a institutional investor ? I wonder if they have inside information of whats going on at Novacyt for them to sell up completely . Surely , she could have sold up at £10+ and made £10M+ , so why sell up below £3

There is a obvious opportunity to win a big contract for antibody testing for covid immunity . Novacyt have the ideal test for this . Why have a booster vaccine if your covid antibodies are adequate to fight it off .

I am anticipating share price to shoot up to £10 within next 3 months with all this covid-19 increasing in Europe & US .

We need big contract wins .

think about it , if the covid vaccines were so good , would you really need a booster after 6 months !
