There is always some agenda why the BOD are being silent. Would it not be more commercially far reaching different audiences by RNS and lots of media interviews so that you promote your products in all science related magazines. Would this not increase your chances of securing huge multimillion pound deals ? As far as I know the CEO has done no media promotional interviews .

I am trying to really understand what is going on within the BOD for them to come to this strategy. Why don't they want to protect share holders and push this SP up ?

Novacyt dont do RNS unless they want to , its their rule !

We have won contracts throughout last 18 months and have not RNS it . I remember so many contracts found on internet by our super king researcher Larry but these were not RNS .

Novacyt are a leading Global Diagnostic Manufacturing company . We recently made deals with WHO / UNICEF and TATA .

The Revenue will be a lot higher than £100K i would think

From my readings the saliva LFT picks up omicron very well due to the virus being mainly located in upper air airways .

I am expecting novacyt to land some huge contracts now in UK and abroad .

Novacyt is a definitely a Strong buy and i see a huge up turn to the SP from here by x3 at least

Keep hold of these precious novacyt shares as they will be worth a lot of money soon. Novacyt are going to be mid cap company (£15+) both the previous CEO and present CEO have clearly reiterated this.

He clearly knows where Novacyt is going , and that is much more than this value. . Is that not a clue for your truck driver brain

Let me remind everyone that since September 2020 we have had statements from both GM and also DA stating Novacyt will be a mid cap company . They would not be misleading the stock market by those comments .

In fact look at the increase in recruitment in UK and in USA .

This is a exciting time to be invested in Novacyt , hang on to those precious shares as they will be £15+ / share .

Believe it as it will be true !

I hope we get news soon of what the contract is with TATA .

Rates of covid-19 are set to explode in India , which means TATA will require more Q16 / Q32 devices , and could be a £100M+ contract for Novacyt.

The USA is also set to explode for influenza rates / covid-19 omicron , and Novacyt could get a £50-100M+ contract .

It is a exciting period for Novacyt , a leading global diagnostic manufacturers and there will indeed be huge contracts on the way soon .

Hold on to those precious Novacyt shares as they will be worth huge amounts £15+ / share

I am losing 50% of my investment on Novacyt at this current SP . 50% loss for me is probably someone's elses life time earnings !

If I had knew that the BOD would deceive share holders , and not put share holders in their best interests , then I would never have looked twice on this company. I just did not realise the BOD would treat share holders like this over last 10 months with lack of commerce.

I just pray and hope that these BOD are not crooks , otherwise I have lost my savings by investing in here.

As a medical doctor i can tell you first hand here in UK :

1. NHS hospitals are struggling to cope , elective surgery are cancelled and waiting times now upto 2-3 years .
2. referral to specialists upto 2 years and more
3. Rates of covid-19 extremely high
4. we are in a world wide covid-19 tsunami
5. death rates in Europe / USA on the up from Covid-19
6. Covid-19 PCR testing at the highest since Covid-19 pandemic started.

But , shockingly the Novacyt share price rock bottom , and its all because the BOD remain silent and don't tell the stock market what they are doing to create business .

The CEO & those BOD members need to go at next AGM if they do not want to create shareholder value .

My thinking is simple now . These BOD are complicit with low SP because they either :

1. They have agreed to sell the business now at below market price because they will get multimillion bonuses personally from the take over company and will shaft share holders .

OR

2. They are waiting for SP to be absolutely rock bottom and having removed as many private investors and then share buy back of 10+ Million shares . Only then they will enter the party once they load up their boots with free shares and promote this company properly .

I am really disappointed with how badly the BOD have treated its share holders and its only created day trading and shorting the share .

If David Allmond does not create share holder value , I am sure private investors will vote him out at the next AGM.

I will definately vote him out with my near 100,000 shares as I am so far a very dissatisfied share holder with the silence from BOD and the way they have treated share holders

I ask investors to discuss why BOD have not

1. Encouraged / Enticed institutional investors on board ?

2. Why they don't support share holders ?

Is it simply because BOD do not have significant shares and until they buy back shares or the BOD load up fully , then why would they care a damn about share holders.

The BOD have not been entirely transparent with what they are doing as its all a secret.

What are you hoping the share price is for Novacyt , what's your objective goal in this share ?

We are in a covid tsunami wave , massive numbers infected with covid-19 now around the world . USA have huge number of cases , huge number of cases in France / Spain / Germany / Ukraine/ Poland/ Russia/ Italy etc

So what are Novacyt doing with winning contracts ?

This share is being shortened by various organisations.

The BOD have been complicit with SP downfall.

The BOD need to change their ways as we gave them the votes in AGM to pass all their resolutions. They simply need to have respect for share holders

The main issue why this SP is so unstable and volatile is that this BOD have not provided enough information to entice the institutions to buy in loads . If we had them coming in , then you would not have all this day traders and those shorting the share to such an extent .

I want to know why the BOD have not wanted to push the boat to get these institutions on board ?
