It would be massive revenues if Novacyt have struck a deal in Germany and selling their Q32 / Q16 products there. Of course the BOD won't disclose any deals as it will all be a secret. Thats been Novacyt narrative over last 12 months , with no individual RNS for winning contracts.

I am a GP and i can tell you GP practices will not be using PCR testing on site unless they get funding from the government . You may get it at private GP centres when you will have to pay for that test yourself . So no covid PCR tests will be done in NHS GP centers unless UK government funds it .

Then you have possible new covid -19 variants , which will add further revenue. Remember we are supplying to ROW our Q16 / Q32 products

Already Novacyt have £100M in bank , we have been told least another £50M this year as minimum . And then you have DHSC resolution hopefully this year . So could be £200M+

Remember each week / each month that goes by , Novacyt are accumulating more cash in their bank . End of this year they may have £200-300 Million in cash at the bank ready for M&A and further growth .

Remember we have been told by Novacyt CEOs a number of times this company is going to be mid cap company !

Still we wait news on any USA growth strategy .....

All silence as if its all just made up lies and no action.

What really continues to dissapoint me with Novacyt is that the BOD actions and media relations are bordering amateurish .

If i were to rank Novacyt BOD and media relations in terms of football status i would say that they are equivalent to a league 2 football club performing in bottom half of the table facing relegation to the non league. The crowds are booing and throwing plastic bottles now at them.

I want to see some dynamism from BOD .

Hi BYP , I know , i saw your twitter about this today . But , what really makes me angry is how blatant this Novacyt is in supressing the share price . They are not ashamed with the fact that people are mocking them on their twitter account . If Novacyt are trying to promote their products to potential customers , well , these very customers will see comments made by private investors which are not pleasant .

If you look at David Almond's twitter account , it shows last logged in 2012 . However This CEO is happy to promote / market any news on twitter . What does this tell you ?

It tells me that Novacyt & Biosynex are in collaboration and this is heading towards a merger . The fact is since April 2021 the BOD have purposely made sure very little news is channelled through RNS to keep the share price down , i suspect to fill their own pockets and pick up shares very cheap . There is no welcome for private investors in their party . They want it exclusive to the rewards from share price . They see private investors as termites / fleas .

I have just treated a patient this morning for scabies and i know exactly how my patient feels . I feel Novacyt see us as termites / Fleas and they want us out .

Patience is what is required even if its another few years down the path .

The CFO has invested £170K of his own money in Novacyt shares now .

His average is £3.42 / share

Good to see BOD buying in now . I wonder why he did not buy when it was £1.30 / share ?

Can someone explain how this merger with Biosynx works . Is it that the two companies bring into the pot their total cash and assets and the share price averaged out ? Will this mean the two companies still be independent on stock market or operate as a combined company

The is my personal thoughts why the SP is so low . I feel that Novacyt wasted so much time between November 2020 to now because of Graham Mullis and we fell behind other diagnostic companies in winning contracts as they lost Focus. Graham Mullis's agenda was making sure he got his £8M bonus by ramping up shares between Sep 2020 to Nov 2020 to reach his LTIP and he lost his focus in making sure share holders and Novacyt were protected. The fact we needed to find and bring a new CEO who came in October 2021 and then he needed to feel his way around the company meant it took a good part of 6 months now waiting for him to bring his business strategy in. During all that time possible winning contracts lost . Graham Mullis I feel did nothing to help share holders or share price from April 2021 and just waited for his time to be pushed out. All that time wasted and I don't think he was motivated as he already got his £8 million by then.

This is my opinion with how things have gone over last 18 months. We share holders have suffered because of Graham Mullis agenda.

I suspect the share price is being diberately dropped to raid stop losses and collect shares for biosynx .

My theory is that Biosynx and Novacyt are buying up cheap shares through several intermediaries and therefore do not need to declare threshold when reached....

This is a strong buy & hold for gold

The only reason they dont RNS information is because they simply are not supporting the share price . IF they were wanting to reach their bonuses / target LTIP now , i bet you any dollar they be quick to release the RNS . Its all corrupt these BOD - whats in it for them right now to support the SP .

The person I am most worried about is James Wakefield who I think is pulling the strings . What is his influence on the other BODs ? He did not appear very dynamic at previous AGM video conference or someone wanting to build the company up and support the SP . He appeared dull and lacking enthusiasm , like all of them really at the meeting .

I expect a merger with Biosynex . Novacyt are fully aware of what Biosynex are doing and probably told them to snap up as much of the shares from traders in order to stop the volatility of the share .

Novacyt Biosynex combined would definitely make the combined companies much more powerful .

Remember the CEO's ( DA & GM ) have said Novacyt will be MId Cap .

My average is £6.45 and I wont be selling anything less than this .

I believe there is a significant portion of investors who are invested above £5 and therefore losing huge amount of their money.

We need BOD to help investors now to recoup their investment.
