can someone explain how come 200K shares were bought first thing this morning on euronext and then SP drops like a stone .

Whats going on ? Is this SP totally manipulated ? Who is buying the shares if the H1 results are that bad ?

What the market wants is clear information of revenues that can be achieved .

The only way this SP will go up and be sustained is by :

1. Novacyt winning big contracts . They have the saliva LFT , they have Q32 / Q32 devices so should really be winning some good deals if they are any good at selling and promoting the products .
2. The BOD promoting this company sufficiently to attract institutional investors . Currently either the BOD are failing in this or have no desire to attract institutional investors .

In a nutshall the BOD are in full control of navigation of this SP . Looking at the BOD level of communication and of attracting institutional investors suggests to me that they are not too bothered . Is it because their LTIP don't mature for 3 years yet ?

My theory about Poidster'ss post is that someone from LSE or LSE do not want Novacyt shares going up and want to keep it down . There is a inside job going on . P100 and a like are paid up derampers of this share .

yes you are correct about the PSA test.

This is another test that if any company can manufacture a prostate test which is 100% accurate for prostate cancer , it will be absolutely massive revenue . At the moment the PSA test we have can give false positive and false negative results . For instance if you have a water infection this can affect the PSA result .

Point of care testing is the revolution and evolution of medical care and will be the blockbuster revenue generator . This is where Novacyt will come in and be world leaders in testing . We already have the Q32 and Q16 devices now , and we have the rapid saliva LFT which can be done anywhere and results in 15 minutes .

I always thought James Wakefield did not appear dynamic or enthusiastic whenever he appeared on these AGM forums. I would really have prefered someone who is totally dedicated to one company and not have a foot in several companies . Surely , how can you give all your efforts to one particular company if you are chairman of several companies. I question exactly what does James Wakefield bring to the table at Novacyt. Can he be removed ? I suspect he maybe controlling the agenda at Novacyt. Who is the top dog at Novacyt ?

You do have to question why institutional investors have not come in and are buying up these shares cheap . This tells me the BOD are not trying hard enough to convince them to invest .

For that reason why should the BOD pay themselves an increase salary and bonus, as they are doing f**k all to increase share holder value ( from a private share holder point of view ) .

I have 110,000 shares and i am not going to vote this time at the AGM . I am going to keep these shares as long as it takes . In my mind i have lost all my money with novacyt , but will keep until the day arrives when the BOD decide that they want the SP to go up for their own agenda . Clearly the SP is dictated by these BOD at Novacyt ( by way of information and M&A / release of products )

keep the faith and chin up guys . Our day will come , don't know when though .
