I am actually losing around £535K ( Total investment £660k ) . Total crazy i know . This was my first ever share investment in life and what a bad start to the world of investments !

Realistically what do we expect the SP to go to when we do win the £85M+interest DHSC counter claim ? My thinking its going to be some M&A and big contract wins that will push this SP to more than £6 / share

I don't see much SP rise from today's RNS . As previously mentioned the CTDA that i am looking for is the pathflow LFT saliva and winterplex , and i think they will get it just in time for a big contract award for winter .

When the Rapid LFT antigen tests , winterplex and 3G PCR are CTDA improved that will position Novacyt well for some big contracts in UK for coming winter when covid-19 rates go up as expected. Just need these 4 remaining tests improved before October 2022. The big ones are LFTs & winterplex.

What a show from the BOD @ novacyt to see SP drop from £13 to £1 , but they want a pay rise hey . They need hold their heads in shame for sure , what a disgrace .

Kate Burley on Sky breakfast this morning interviewed the former USA covid taskforce leader today , Dr Deborah Birx , and who talked about the advancement of point of care testing for viral respiratory and other viral infections around the world . The world is changing for diagnostic testing of viruses .

Novacyt really do need to get in there for the USA market as its huge revenue to be made

I would think there must be a considerable number of Novacyt employees who have invested into Novacyt shares and will be down in their investment significantly like most of us , which means there must be disgruntled Novacyt employee out there who would be unhappy with the CEO & CFO with how they are navigating Novacyt currently - poor revenue this year as it stands and general strategy .

He left Novacyt share holders in a mess , but now chairman.

Am i right in thinking that Novacyt had actually won a £12M contract with Unicef at the start of 2021 , but this was never declared on RNS ? What does that tell you about how Novacyt conduct themselves with controlling what information is RNS . What's the chances of Novacyt actually informing us by RNS if they do win anymore contracts with Unicef / TATA MD ?

My opinion of the BOD is that they are deliberately holding information back and control exactly what is going to be released as RNS . Even price sensitive information affecting SP they hold back information unless it suits them . Just look at last RNS , they clearly knew about some deals and products to be released , but saved it all for the negative H1 trading update and lumped it all in there .

Is it because they want the SP to continue a downward trend , it certainly allowed the big fat chairman to come in and use his lunch money to buy some shares , or was it just to stick two fingers up private investors .

I agree totally with what you say. The BOD and in particular CEO / CFO appear very weak in ability .

The BOD needs changing . It simply needs refreshing , new young dynamic blood with experienced sales & business skills and contacts in the diagnostic sector . These current CEO and CFO are really not doing the job well . All this wishy washy talk at presenter meeting about increasing share holder value is just a bluff . They really need to go at the AGM .

Can you really trust what the CFO & CEO say now . I don't really trust them to be frank and they are just stringing share holders now with just words of £100M / year revenue in 5 years , but without actual substance . The CFO / CEO can quite easily pick up their huge salaries each year and just bugger of before the 5 years and stick two fingers up to everyone .

I can sadly see this SP go below £1 and even touching 50p .

I will hold as I have got no other choice to be honest , lost 85% of my investment on paper and this Novacyt has been an awful awful awful awful investment . Shame on you BOD and hold your heads up in shame you lot.

What yesterday RNS tells me is that

1. The CEO & BOD are doing an awful job and should get kicked up their arse and booted off the board .

2. The sales team at Novacyt are appalling and what exactly are they doing ?

3. The communication from BOD is deliberate to keep SP down . All positives points mentioned yesterday lumped in a negative H1 trading update . They knew about the positive points and could have provided individual RNS for each one.

4. Under no circumstances should the BOD get a pay rise , what for ? they have literally trashed shareholders to the floor last 18 months

i guess James Wakefield used his lunch money today to purchase 7k shares .

James Wakefield decides to spend £51k . I wonder if other BOD will join in now at this ridiculous SP

My thoughts are that the BOD have agreed a low share price takeover . If thats the case what golden handshake deals have the BODs received in exchange ? Or is this simply to shake off more private investors and bring some company in to buy in cheap shares .

Just like Boris has to go , I feel the BOD need to go especially that James Wakefield . All this talk about improving investor value by the CEO . Where is the proof David Allmond ? I think David Allmond needs to spend less time on likedin and more time actually in Novacyt and increasing the value of the company that he is paid to do .
