We really need positive RNS soon on M&A , contract wins , DHSC resolution , otherwise its a downward trend of SP now .

Thank you for sticking up for me. I am a honest guy and too many people on here speak with their emotions rather than critically analyse information. I totally agree with you BYP we cannot assume anything with this board until we see evidence that they want to protect share holders. Remember this is the same board that do not declare important SP changing news on RNS and prefer to use twitter. Do people remember the long silence of information. Still they do not even mention the name TATA. 5 years is an awful long time , and if the CEO is on a salary of £250 - 500K ? per year , we'll he would have made £2.5M by the time 5 year comes and could easily jump ship.

It's all good and well presenting with fancy marketing words and giving investors ' jam ' for tomorrow . I was dissapointed with the £13.1M Q1 revenue, which suggests to me our sales force is poor. I was expecting £30-50M Q1 due to omicron + TATA + ROW sales . The CEO & CFO Stating £100M / year in 5 years is all words , but where is the guarantee of this that they will achieve it and new investors will not invest based on words and slide show .

What will really make people and institutions want to invest in novacyt now ? What bothers me terribly as i am hugely losing money on this share is that if there are no news until AGM the SP will slip below £1.

My thoughts are people will not be investing in Novacyt unless we achieve any of the below :

1. DHSC resolution and getting them to pay what they owe us £100M+ .
2. A merger with Biosynex and combining into one big company . I don't think Biosynex could buy out novocyt.
3. A massive contract win with a big company like TATA.
4. The WHO gives us a big contract for 'first responder ' detection of covid variants widewide.
5. A launch of covid LFT range and winning huge contracts from this.
6. Launch of non - covid products and winning big contracts.

What the hell have Novacyt sales team been doing ? Only £13.1 revenue Q1 is poor and I was expecting larger revenues due to omicron and TATA deals.

So all this talk about POC cancer testing prior to yesterday looks like was just all rubbish .

Can someone clarify this for me please .

Regarding the LTIP , am i right that the SP needs to be of certain level each December for the next 3 years for the directors to get their free shares otherwise they do not get those shares ? So for this December 2022 the SP needs to be around £4 .20 ?

The issue with GM is that we will never know now what value of shares he is actually holding in Novacyt . It could well be that he may have bought even more shares to lower his average or he may have sold the lot and ran off to Bahamas sticking two fingers up share holders of Novacyt . He made his £8M so i don't think he cares less about Novacyt . It was all lip service he gave in his investor presentation last year - did any of it come to reality what he said ?. Even that struck off dentist who said in the investor presentation last year and talked about the new product launches , did any of those products come available ?

I think any strategy given pre David Allmond era could be put to one side and dismissed . David Allmond would have his own views and thoughts of where to take this company and so any strategy that Graham Mullis talked about should be dismissed. The fact that this company has been been in transition over last 7 months has slowed its progress I feel. Thats why the SP is where it is now. I really think David Allmond should have been brought in far sooner and Graham Mullis dismissed as soon as it was clear he achieved his own personal objectives which was his £8M bonus..... I don't feel the company was in the right hands with GM once he got his bonus. All in my personal opinion.

It would be a game changer if Novacyt are involved in a block buster cancer diagnostic test. Even our own Porky pie would be close to his £54 / share price prediction .

People should be far more worried about cancer than covid-19 infection . Rates of cancer are increasing - we are living longer , more chemicals in foods / drinks , people eating processed foods / fast foods , more pollution in the air , more radiation exposure - mobile phones / computers etc , increase in obesity in populations ..... lot more factors causing cancer including chronic high stress levels / chronic inflammation . ( stress lowers your immune system to fight off infection & pre cancer cells )

I would be over the moon if Novacyt are in collaboration with BIO in developing a cancer testing device . This would simply blow the market away.

Hope you are right with Bio & Nova JV . Cancer rates are going up and seeing it everyday in my clinic / home visits . It would be massive if a mobile test device can be produced to detect cancer types .

One of my questions would be what have the R&D got in pipeline ? What is happening with the 10 min PCR tests ?
