Anyone have any ideas why he could have been sacked , should this not have been a RNS if serious issues ? Do you think related to those comments within private eye ?

My feeling is that this SP drop is to shake out private investors and take their shares.

1. The BOD know by keeping silent this is a strategy to remove weak PIS.

2. Novcyt have exceeding £100M+ cash in 2021 and are very confident.

3. Look at the increase in vacancies in Novacyt . This is a company growing & developing into a bigger company.

Don't be fooled by the SP , this is all manipulated to take out PIs.

This SP is going to rocket up.

1. Are Novacyt buying up the shares cheaply , possibly through a offshore intermediary company , would we get to know about this at this stage ?

2. Is there a shorting going on to bring this SP down and BOD are complicit so they can buy up the shares.

3. Is this what happens when there is a take over the SP drops ?

I know what you mean , I am at loss around £350K now . I have no choice but hold . Even if it drops further i cannot cry anymore , its already killed me my spirit of love for Novacyt BOD

I take it you are a Wigan fan . I remember you took one of our best players many years ago called Jason Koumas , he was one of our best players in premier & championship .

The fact that Novacyt promote themselves on twitter and no where else is nothing short of disgraceful and a kick up the back side to share holders . If you are a business you would want to be highlighting your business products through every source of media for diagnostics and giving interviews left right and centre . You want to be hiring specialist media PR to shout from the roof tops and get the institutional investors on board .

Its not just about selling your products its also about getting institutional investors in . You do that by promoting yourself properly .

Surely there must be a reason why there is a silence ( and it cannot be due to DHSC as we sell to private sector and ROW )

Last year between October 2020 to December 2020 , Mr Graham Mullis issued several enthusiastic RNS and hyped up the share price . From January 2021 he went missing , his RNS tone and wording were so negative and he blatantly empathized few times the DHSC dispute in RNS with same information but different wording so as to knock down the shareholders enen more. It turned out Mr Graham Mullis got his £8-10M in December 2020 and then just stuck two fingers up everyone else .

I don't trust BODs , its so hard to find honest genuine ones .

There was a chap who used to come on here called Duncan , unfortunately he was crucified with insults and belittled by people. Shame on you if you were one of them .

Duncan predicted and told everyone that the BOD / CEO would not be protecting the share price and therefore shareholders as they have no motivation do so until they get their bonuses and share options . I can see now clearly why we never get the CEO issuing RNS or we ever get the company promoting itself from the roof tops . Novacyt never ever promotes itself , its all discrete and secrecy , thats how they have behaved over last 12 months , they keep it to the minimal on twitter and that is amateurish to be frank .

Until the BOD and CEO have got their bonus schemes and share options in place ( free shares 100,000 + ) then its likely they are not bothered about the share price .

I will hold now for several years or whatever long now , as i would be losing so much money if i sell up . Its a big hold for me .

But i encourage people to buy because at these prices these are cheap and will make you huge profits in the future . The company will progress to mid cap if not be taken over and your shares would be worth a lot more than they are now .

The current vaccines are okay but not great , you can still become very ill from covid despite being vaccinated

Covid-19 cases & deaths go up in UK / Europe / USA.

Demand for Novacyt products will be huge and revenues are going up.

Don't be fooled by UK rates of covids , the UK have deliberately reduced PCR tests which will not reflect the true number of covid-19 rates. Just look at the record deaths in UK yesterday , the government cannot fiddle that.

Hold or buy more Novacyt shares..... this SP will rocket with next RNS on results and forward strategy.

Sometimes I just wonder how the hell is this SP dropped so much considering out of all the diagnostic stocks in UK Novacyt are making huge revenue , £100M+ cash in bank.

I hope & pray David Allmond can update USA strategy and contracts. USA is currently in tsunami wave of covid and demand for PCR / Q32 /Q16 would be high.

David Allmond should send some champagne bottles to the new prime minister elect , Rishi , and remind him about the lovely Q32 & Q16 devices he saw and the DHSC dispute. Remind him the damage the current UK government have caused to Novacyt , a British / French diagnostic manufacturing company.

It would be 12 weeks exactly tomorrow since David Allmond was positioned in as CEO . One positive RNS regarding Omicron and thats been his total efforts for shareholders . Every ounce of information otherwise is from internet research from the twitter crew including the news about TATA MD using Novacyt Q32 devices . The black out of news from CEO only created shorting of the share and damage sentiment . So what is exactly his motive for no news ? Is the chairman pulling the strings at Novacyt ?

I am not knowledgeable about how corporate sector recruites top executives, but would David Allmond not have been told of his bonuses and share options before taking up this CEO job ?

What we need is the CEO to be transparent and provide us share holders some good news which includes :

1. TATA MD contracts / relationship
2. UNICEF / WHO details of more contracts
3. 10 min PCR news
4. USA growth / contracts
5. M&A news
6. LFT home use
7. DHSC resolution
8. Forward strategy of non-covid revenue
9. Director share options / company buy back shares

It is expected in India from February this year there will be a huge demand for PCR / Q32 /Q16 , due to explosive upsurge of corona virus variants. I expect TATA MD will want more Novacyt products and therefore huge contracts on offer.

Even though demand for PCR may drop in UK ( because of this pathetic useless UK government ) , I can bet you there will be huge demand in Europe / USA / India / Far East / Australia / Middle East / Africa . This is where Novacyt will sell and revenues will increase.
