When a company is hiding something , what does a company do ? It stays silent and is secretive .

What does this suggest ?

1. A take over is agreed .
2. They don't want to raise the SP until they come to the party with their free shares ( 100, 000+ free shares )
3. They are doing so well that they don't want their competitors to know .

This SP is played by traders / shorting the share and MM .

Its not helped by BOD being complicit with how MM are playing with SP .

The fact is covid-19 is rocketing , PCR / LFTs are at over drive and business is rocketing .

But how can you still drop this SP in such conditions .

We need BOD to really protect share holders and come out with a block buster RNS to show the stock market that they are :

1. What Novacyt are doing with the business
2. revenue is absolutely incredible ,
3. show future growth projections .
4. Acquisitions ,
5. USA growth / revenue

We really need BOD to up date stock market of USA expansion and sales . This is a country that will actually throw money at high end quality products , Novacyt do have the best PCR devices and PCR tests out there .

Why are the BOD not informing stock market what they are doing with their sales of products ?

we are in the middle of a covid wave pandemic and LFT / PCR tests are all in huge demand , so why are the SP down ?

1. is this due to novacyt SP being shortened
2. MM manipulating the SP
3. People just fed up of covid stock
4. shake out private investors

The BOD have not helped by not communicating / up dating the stock market with what they are actually doing currently

Look at Tesla shares today , opened today $100 more due to fantastic sales figures released.

Thats what we need from Novacyt and this share will open at £12 .

Its all well seeing these unfortunate high rates of covid-19 in hospital admissions and rates , but whats really important in terms of investment with Novacyt is seeing their is increase revenue as a result , and this is where the BOD are silent and secretive . I want to know that Novacyt are increasing in sales and their revenue is increasing as a result of increase in covid-19 rates

I like to know how many Q32 devices have TATA MD ordered from Novacyt ? And what more orders in futures requested ? 10,000 devices ?

The BOD could release a very positive RNS this wek and burn these shorters and traders .

Dont you have to give a 3 month or some notice period to terminate your contract as a COO ?

*COO , not CPP

Larry what is the significance of this CPP / CTO leaving Novacyt ? Was he pushed out ? ; Is he making way for incoming take over team ? ; Is David Allmond replacing him because he is under performing ?

There is a solution to the DHSC dispute and we dont need to wait for this damn GLP .

Novacyt needs to send their top sales negotiating team and make contact with DHSC representatives , tell them lets make a deal now , you need PCR / LFT urgently , well , we can supply you x amount right now , just give us up front the money . Lets shake on a £100M - 500M contract right now and all is forgiven .

Even if Novacyt won a £100M contract , i still would not expect a RNS of this because this is the strategy the BOD have used throughout 2021.

It seems that the BOD only declare contracts if it suits them and if needed . They did not declare any contract wins for UNICEF or how much the contracts were worth for either UNICEF or WHO . It was left to PI to do research to find contract wins for UNICEF .

I just dont understand why the BOD have trashed share holders . Why have shares on stock market if you do not want private investors in the first place ?
