* How can we trust David Allmond , James McCarthy , and James Wakefield with what they say in their presentations .

Looking at how the directors of 4DDD have trashed their share holders and then you see the way Mullis & Dyer ramped up the share price in 2020 to achieve their LTIP and then went into silence , how then can you trust directors of AIM companies ?

Do we know 100% that Graham Mullis & Anthony Dyer will definitely be getting their 10 million LTIP pay out .

My personal thoughts are that they should not get a penny from the LTIP as they did not sustain the SP , and it was based on fraudulent ramping at the time by them . Sure , pay them the LTIP when Novacyt win the DHSC case .

If the BOD keep the £99.4M in bank , that's £5M cash generated from interest , which should pay for overheads.

What is the significance of Biosynex taking over theradiag , hows it related to Novacyt ?

Either David Allmond has been kidding everyone and his creating share holder value is just a big bluff or there is something happening in the background that we are not privy to .

Does anyone know what percentage of directors do achieve their LTIP on AIM invested stock. Are we looking at less than 5% ?

I am trying to understand what are the chances of these Novacyt directors achieving their LTIP.

Or will it be that the DIrectors are going to be satisfied with giving themselves inflated payrises every year and then fly off leaving share holders ruined.

Interested to know your views on this .

2. Novacyt will be takeover at low SP and BOD getting brown envelope

1. Is he looking to buy up Novacyt cheep with one of his companies or someone he knows wants novacyt cheep ?
2. Is he looking to delist Novacyt ?
3. Does he hate share holders that much and want to ruin them ?
4. Because he is a big bull frog , he wants to control Novacyt so that he can earn his guaranteed annual inflated salary ?

Gizmo , can you explain your thoughts of them delisting , why would they do that ? Under what circumstances would this happen ?

We will not even know if Graham Mullis is still holding onto his Novacyt shares or in fact sold all of them . He had 122,00 shares at one stage . This man makes my blood boil with how he pumped up the SP in 2020 and it all collapsed after hitting his LTIP .

The market is valuing Novacyt pre covid price now , despite having £99.6M cash , no debt and IP . What was it pre covid , 20p-80p / share ?

My thinking is that David Allmond is acting only on orders from James Wakefield , who is pulling all the strings . The SP is where it is due to Novacyt not supporting SP and share holders . Who is dictating this remit , It can only be James Wakefield the big man himself .

Captainswag , well he has the perfect opportunity to make himself very rich and secure himself & family financially for life . I am sure he is dreaming of the millions he will get if he takes the SP to XYZ... which should motivate him to get this Novacyt project right.
