Could there be a merger or take over by TATA MD ?

Even a £10M contract from TATA MD would be significant and send a positive message to the stock market , but we not exactly sure how much TATA MD are paying Novacyt for the white label products.

What I find so dissapointing is that we haven't had that big massive contract of £50M + from TATA MD . Nothing significant was declared by latest accounts.

We really need Novacyt to win some big contract now that winter is approaching in Europe and Eastern America / Canada

I do share your thoughts Goat123 and feel your emotions , but in life , sometimes you just need to be brave , take a risk and hope for the best . I invested in this share way back in October 2020 and have watched my investment go down the pan ( i am at paper loss of around £580K) but luckily for me i am financially in good position to hold strong long term . I really think AIM is not a good place to invest money , its something I only realised after putting so much money into this share foolishly . I really do think however that the BOD will want a big return from this share and would be motivated to get to that LTIP . I think David Allmond is fresh and hungry to become successful . This is a perfect opportunity to make himself an multimillionaire and set himself and his family for life . That's why we long term holders are going to be okay . I really think we will be okay .

P100 , but the BOD will have got to reach their LTIP to make their big bucks . This is what keeps me going knowing there is a big carrot waiting for these BOD to be motivated with . They will need to hit £7+ by December 2024 to get their full share scheme .

What are we thinking the SP could realistically go up to when Novacyt win the DHSC case in full . I expect Novacyt to win because the product in dispute has been approved CTDA and also being used worldwide. Its a no brainer we will win .

People need to realise that Novacyt is a small company run by individuals who don't have the skill or dynamism or enthusiasm to push this company to mid cap. I'm talking about the chairman , the CFO and other board members who are content with picking up huge salaries. I think Allmond is trying and seems to have the enthusiasm but the guy is learning his trade as he has never been an CEO or have had experience in the Molecular Diagnostic industry.

James Wakefield really needs to go and someone who can make a difference at board level needs to come in. Preferably someone with solid experience in Molecular diagnostic sector and with good contacts.

I agree , there was a lot of bull sh*t from Mullis . The whole of 2021 was wasted as Mulis was just passing time until kicked out and Allmond was inexperienced with no background in molecular Diagnostic industry and its almost 12 months on and we do not have significant non covid revenue.

Many of us probably would not have invested in Novacyt if we knew the character and real agenda of Graham Mullis .

I invested because mullis was talking about this company to be mid cap . I saw huge potential.

However , Mullis ramped up the share by 1. Saying this company will be mid cap , he invested £500K of his own money .

But all this was to achieve his LTIP.

He didn't make sure the DHSC contract was water tight .

So , do we investors have grounds to organise a legal case against Graham Mullis ?

What if the LTIP is not achieved by December 2024 , then could the BOD revise the LTIP and bring it down to lets say £1 to receive their maximum share allocation

I have today requested to meet with Mr David Allmond . Lets see if he will actually meet me and talk . Not happy at all with this investment and prospects .

whats shocking is :

1. Graham Mullis & Anthony Dyer are allowed to get away with their deliberate ramping to push SP up to reach their LTIP and receive £11M . They should not be allowed to be given the money as they did not sustain the SP for too long and it was based on an DHSC contract that is in current dispute , therefore their LTIP should not be valid .

2. No forward post covid strategy set up by Graham Mullis and time wasted between him announcing retirement to when he was pushed out on 18th October 2021

3. Appointing David Allmond with no previous tract record of building up companies , M&A or experience working in molecular diagnostic industry previously . Again wasted all that time by appointing this guy who has done nothing but take a huge salary.

With these revenue figures and performance how the hell will the BOD achieve their LTIP ?

Poor performance from CEO and his incompetent board. Shocking results .

The common feature over last 2 years is James Wakefield . I think he controls the direction of the company and my thinking is he wants it going private . The CEO has been hand picked to steer the ship to private ownership , and take out private share holders in the process .

I am beginning to think the BOD are complicit in wanting the SP to sink . The clues are from the frequent use of negative wording in their RNS and of course the silence. The continual use of twitter to promote their products without telling the stock market is another clue .

The question is what is the agenda of the board to want to drop the SP ?

Tomorrow we will know if CEO has ambitions or the ability of making Novacyt into an mid cap company or will be happy to take his fat salary and keep the company as a penny stock , loss making company .
