With the allocated LTIP shares to the CEO , this would make him very very very rich . Not bad from doing just 3 years of work as a CEO. So there is huge incentive to get this Novacyt project right and push the SP to £10+

Neilrich3 has the CCO been sacked . Should this not have been a RNS ? I would not be surprised if the CCO has gone , a poor appointment and far away from UK head office . I don't think the CCO brought any contract wins from Latin America.

I have attached the link to summarise LTIP . Its astonishing how many shares these BOD , especially the CEO / CFO /CCO are awarded. Not heard much from CCO , what does he do again ?
The LTIP do not mature until December 2024 . The BOD have got a lot of work to do to achieve these targets . Or is it they will be happy with the pay rises and walk away winners from the salary regardless of LTIP.

A question for those experienced investors out there . Regarding LTIP in companies . What's the probability that these LTIP are actually achieved by directors when they mature ? Anyone have a guess from their knowlege of these things ?
My thinking is that Graham Mullis would not have achieved his LTIP in 2020 if it were not for the fluke of nature that covid-19 came along at the perfect timing for his LTIP maturing . Which brings me to the point of this LTIP that these current BOD have set themselves at . What is the chances of them achieving their targets , because to me it looks really difficult ?

A RNS tomorrow to confirm that Graham Mullis and his side kick Anthony dyer ( the previous CFO ) would not be getting any of the previous LTIP , not a penny until the DHSC dispute is won. This would bring confidence to the market and push the SP back up.

What you need is a top notch CEO with high integrity , highly focused knowledge in diagnostic sector , focused networking base of customers , focused skills to bring in those big contracts by finding out what is it that the customer wants and being flexible in negotiations . We dont want David Allmond , who talks the talk and gives himself a payrise and then moves on after 3 years achieving nothing to grow the company . How can this be achieved ? A CEO who can appoint the right managers with the above skills mentioned for started, those that can close deals at the highest level.

The CEO / CFO / chairman / other BOD could buy 50,000 - 100,000 shares each tomorrow and send a message of confidence to the market . Put your money in instead of salad talk.

Considering Graham Mullis turned out to be deceiving and hyped up the share for his bonus , I would not run it pass this current BOD that they maybe getting a brown envelope of cash to sell the company at a bargain . Anything is possible considering the no show or no performance of David Almond as a CEO , whos job it is to create investor share value . What was the share price when David Allmond took over on 18/10/2021 , and what is it now a penny stock company again ?

Do anyone think maybe the BOD have already agreed with a pharma company of a low price take over ? And this is the reason the BOD cannot be bothered to reassure the market that business is good and let SP drop ?

Clearly the CEO is not doing a good job if we not getting institutional investors on board because isn't that what his job is for - building the market value of the company .

I have to say David Allmond and that deceiving Graham Mullis appear to spend more time on linkedin than actually creating any shareholder value . Every day they click like no business on so many posts on there , which gives the impression they do nothing else but look at linkedin all day long and 'arse lick' , which is typical of the corporate sector i guess ....... you get on well if you can 'arse lick ' the right people .

No one remember who finished second if you don't get the top price !

Novacyt , to be truly be First Responder in its field should be winning big contracts .
