I have to say this LSE is too biased and too connected with Porky9 . All the threads related to him yesterday have been deleted by LSE . They should be banning this guy porky9 , but instead they delete all the threads about him to state what a dishonest individual he is .

I revised my voting yesterday and voted to YES to ALL resolutions because we want the BOD to increase share holder value.

I urge everyone to vote YES to ALL resolutions . Lets give the new CEO a chance to do what GM could not do and that was to promote this company fully and increase share holder value.

I have seen this phrase so many times applied to Novacyt products ' best in world ' .

I am just astonished we have not won any massive contract exceeding £100M anywhere outside UK as yet.

DRB83 I am not worried at all . Psychologically in my mind I have already written it off. I was just bemoaning that I was debating in Oct 2020 to invest my initial £200K in Rolls Royce or Novacyt and I went with novacyt. As it stands the CEO / BOD are letting share holders down big time. I'm holding this even in the unlikely event it goes to £1 .

I am a professional . I have not invested more than 15% of my total wealth nor would I ever.

Just looking like a bad decision investing in novacyt as it stands , when I could have invested in Bitcoin / Rolls Royce. Not happy how the CEO / BOD have trashed share holders this year as it stands.

Last year 2nd October 2020 i had a choice to invest £200K and was debating whether to put it all on Rolls Royce , which was around 35p on that day , or Novacyt which was £6.15 . I decided to put the whole lot in Novacyt after doing my research . Since 2nd October 2020 , Rolls Royce share price has gone up around x4 and Novacyt went up to ~ £13 and dropped to where it is now ( I did not cash up at ~ £13). This my bad luck , and i am kicking myself as it stands .

If you were a CEO and you were in charge of a company going to be mid cap , surely you want to stick around and be in charge of that ship as it will not only look good on your CV but also it would give so much self pride in achievement . My thinking is something is not right , even the other BOD have not been adding any shares throughout the year to any large degree .

Is the CEO getting pushed out as we are waiting for a take over ? It could well be .

Can someone explain , why is GM , the current CEO , and who has the largest share holder stake of 122,000 shares compared to other BOD and is sailing off with his bonus. The other BOD have very little holdings and are not even adding at all - Why not? Some thing is just not adding up with me here . Something not right ?

I voted no to everything apart from share buy back because of my dissatisfaction with the way the CEO / BOD have trashed the share holders ever since Mr GM got his bonus millions in 2020.

Thanks ATISHA . This was my first ever AIM investment and will be my last one as well. I have invested in NIO , Tesla , snowflake , airbus and boeing , all which are in profit . But with Novacyt i am at loss currently of around £300K .

I agree with you , I am now regretting investing in here now , only because the BOD have not really been fully open / transparent with positivity . I invested way back in October 2020 because I was impressed with Novacyt products and the huge contract win with DHSC and with that thought that this would be the start of many more contract wins in the UK and worldwide . But , the CEO has not even bothered to highlight contract wins or CE confirmed products in RNS and just left PIs to fish out any scrap of information . Converesly , the BOD / CEO have really milked the DHSC dispute to such an extent to drown down sentiment and enthusiasm .

To be honest i am not too strong in research as I simply dont have the time and rely on yourself and others for information . I read the RNS in detail which is what i rely on .

The fact is i have this share chat logged on my computer and glance at this when i have some time , usually in between my telephone calls with patients .
