Just imagine if Novacyt can win even just a 0.5% contract of the USA total diagnostic budget it would be huge.

If you look at Novacyt ,the company right now , and compare it to exactly 12 months ago , then , you will find that it is far more bigger and cash rich now . However, the share price currently is less than what it was 12 months ago. This is therefore a reflection of failure by BOD to shareholders of losing their investment.

Kaeren , there must be some motive put in place , and voted in for BOD to help push the SP up to reflect growth of company. They should not just receives millions and leave share holders hung dry as like what Graham Mullis has done so far with 80% of us being underwater.

I am currently at paper loss of approx £260K , ( I was around £350K down at one stage when share was around £2.70 )so will be voting against any bonuses to directors. For sure the current CEO would be voted out if he was not already pushed out , hence his stated retirement . The way this BODs have trashed the share this year with their appalling communications will not get my tick box for sure.

Demand for covid-19 testing will be huge for least 2 years. This virus is a super killer , no vaccine to date has managed to tame it.

This means simply , NOVACYT BEING THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO , HAVE THE BEST ROBUST HIGH END PRODUCTS IN THE WORLD , WILL ONLY SELL MORE COVID19 PRODUCTS AND INCREASE REVENUE. ONLY ONE WAY THIS SHARE PRICE IS GOING AND THAT IS TO £35+ / SHARE.

I like to see BOD buying significant shares and investing hard cash . This will show their confidence.

You should be head of communications / commerce at Novacyt as you do far more than that CEO we have currently who is totally useless . The quicker GM leaves the better. I was reading his narrative in 2017/8 and he was going on about creating share holder value then . The fact is he did nothing then and it was all words . He just got lucky with covid coming last year and making him £8M in bonuses and now he is sticking two fingers up everyone when he leaves . I don't believe he cares a damn about share holders to be honest.

The French own 2/3 of this share , in British hands 1/3 . Novacyt need to market its products to the French market and win some big contract there .

Thank you bullraider . Birmingham has changed so much over last 15 years with huge migrant population here now compared to when i was growing up in 70s/ 80s during my childhood .

i would have thought the new CEO to be , David Allmond would have already bought Novacyt shares well before he was officially appointed , and so would not have to declare anything to stock market . I would not be surprised if he has already bought 100-200K worth of novacyt stock @ £2.80p and he does not need to declare it

The truth of the matter is Covid-19 will not be going away and will be like influenza . This means regular testing will be required both in hospitals and in the community . Surely , Novacyt with their diverse robust high grade products will soon get a 1-3 Billion pound contract for a 2-5 year period ..... Its a question of time thats all .

I would personally retire from General Practice and pursue a career as a surgeon if this share price reaches £35 . I would then just work for free helping poor people who need surgical operations

should have bought more when it was £2.80 last week . That looks like the bottom and with strongest support at the time .
Its going to go up from now on this share to £20+ .
