How many shares of novocyt do you now hold ?

Is it not true that when GM leaves his CEO post on 18 October 2021 , he can buy and sell novacyt shares at will without any declaration .

If you read back at my thread previously 'GM had to go ' , i made it clear , and its my opinion only, that GM could not go that extra mile to protect the share holders , because he had already won the lottery by picking up huge multimillion bonuses last September 2020 . Remember Covid-19 is a lifetime event and these things can make some people over night multimillions . And it did for GM .

I think GM fooled the share holders and damaged them by not giving a f**k . Just look at his poor showing and vagueness on his RNS - This suggests to me from a man who cannot be bothered .

We need that big contract win for novacyt's winterplex. This would be a game changer. The saliva LFT for schools / private sector / home use would be very massive.

covid-19 will continue at high levels around the world and UK for least 2 more years .

That means novacyt will make huge amounts of money to come for least 2 years and build up cash in the bank to buy solid profit making companies and grow into a mid cap company .

There is only one way this company is going and that is up into mid cap range.

Hold / or buy these shares as this SP will rocket once the market realises .

Shame VanV is not here now , but , I would love to have known VanV's his opinion of last RNS and change of CEO .

I totally 100% agree with your sentiments . This is the impression I get of GM . He simply took his bonus and ran , he didnt care a damn about share holders ! A cowboy in simple terms , and nothing less !

GM was politely and respectfully told to step down in my opinion due to his incompetence over last 7 months . He was not able to resolve the the DHSC despute . He was not able to communicate positively on crucial RNS and created uncertainty to the stock market with his vagueness. I remember his 12:30pm April 9th RNS given ,when the vast majority of shareholders would have been at work, and not able to act quick enough on the news , which allowed the MM to drop the share price like a stone , and trapping investors bought high as a result. You would think GM was shorting the share price. At least 80% of investors are under water currently . He was not true to his word of bolt on acquisitions in his January 2021 RNS. He failed to bring the share price to mid cap under his watch .

So in my opinion the BOD must have received a backlash from shareholders with the way this share was trashed , the vagueness of communication from CEO and therefore acted by bringing in someone else who they believe can build this company into a mid cap company.

What are the opinion of experienced investors of today's RNS ?

My opinion is that GM must have been receiving shareholder backlash from how the share price has trashed . I am thinking he must have been pushed out by the BOD .

I think he went before AGM and shareholders voted him out

Fantastic news today .

The new CEO in place , he will have new dynamic ideas and energy to prove his worth as CEO .

He will definitely want to kick start this share price into gear now and take Novacyt to mid cap .

This can only be positive for long term shareholder value .

GM had to go , his RNS narrative were vague at times , created uncertainty to the market , and therefore destructive to share holders . At times the RNS appeared like from a tired worn out man who had lost his hunger to do well for share holders . His tone changed ever since he got his multimillions last year from the explosive rise of share price.

I really believe a new CEO , will bring new ideas , freshness to the table and be inspiration now . I believe the new CEO with his contacts will bring in new contracts / institutional investors on board and forward direction now .

This has been very very positive news today from Novacyt .

GM was pushed out I believe as BODS want a strong forward exciting direction to push the shares up to creating Novacyt into a mid cap organisation.

GM performed badly last 7 months and I really believe the new CEO will take novacyt to the next stage of being mid cap . The new CEO will bring with him his vast experience and contacts to bring in institutional investors. As far as I am concerned this is brilliant news as GM was letting share holders down ever since he received his multimillion bonuses last year..... the job was too big for GM .

I didnt realise Eurofins was huge ..... it would not be surprising if they are looking to swallow up Novacyt . Considering they are doorsteps away from Novacyt it would therefore be easy for them to just expand the whole site into one big building .

How much would they pay to take over ? Novacyt's share price is manipulated to such a low level that they could easily be bought out .

Novacyt are literally next door to Eurofins and could / should buy them out . This would add value to the company

20p raised last few minutes of trading.... the share is manipulated totally.... buy lower at 20p less and then sell once raised .... this is almost a daily event. It be done 20p in morning.... same pattern.

And the BOD watch this happen and continue with radio silence.
