I have been reading all your posts with interest. Okay , so what is your strategy with this share and what are you doing moving forwards ? I am keen to know your opinion.

AVCT Market Cap = £642M
NCYT Market Cap =£248M

Novacyt have the world's best innovative diverse robust products available , but yet SP stagnate @£3.50 .

What is going on here ? Anyone with any ideas ?

I hope you are right with GM . I have invested heavily £520K based on quality of Novacyt products ,which in my opinion are the best on the market, and therfore , went full on with this investment. My reservations are that GM is a Jekyll & Hyde with his RNS . Maybe , as highlighted by someone earlier , the BOD are trashing this shareprice knowing what is to come, and want to get their family / friends to buy these shares cheap before the share price rockets on forthcoming news ..... I really hope so .

For the BOD to issue a RNS yesterday which was basically a duplicate of what was already factored in from previous RNS and again it was so vague , its like the BOD are deliberately trashing this share. There is an hidden agenda going on here which we innocent share holders are unaware of which is played out by the Novacyt BOD.
I dont know why they announce their RNS with such vague negative information knowing fully it will trash the share price even more . My theories include the following :

1. They are trying to shift the ratio of French to British private holders so its more British investors on board. Currently it's 70:30 as far as I know in favour of the French.

2. They are looking to be bought out by a pharma company and have already shaken hands on a non official deal already.

3. The BOD are simply not bothered or care a damn about the private investors of Novacyt and want them to sell out.

4. The BOD want to keep the price down to get more institutional investors in to stabilise the share price.

5. The BOD want to drop the share price down so they can buy up as much of the shares cheap to claim the company back.

What do others think , I am at a paper loss of around £250K as a result of this share price being trashed.

There was another one , RRR21 , who was ramping up the share to £70 the night before it crashed from the dismal wording of RNS by GM and dispute with DHSC , and he sells up ...... I see he had great confidence and commitment to the cause then.....

How can anyone be confident following receiving 2 doses of covid vaccine that they will have enough antibodies to combat this evil virus ?

The answer my friends is simple , get tested with Novacyt covid antibody test . This will reassure you are going to be okay or not .

I totally agree , vaccines don't work in certain group of people and this is shown in those indians who have received 2 doses of AZ covid vaccine.

I was discussing with a colleague of mine the other day , a Indian born medical doctor , about India's death rates . He believes , as well as most native Indians , that the true daily death rate in India currently from covid-19 is around 10-15K per day. The fact is India is largely a poor country , people live in poverty there and so those dying are not even getting to hospital and being recorded as covid-19 deaths. Population of India is 1.4 Billion , and at least 60% of which are very poor.

I am keen to know what the BODs @ novacyt have done strategically with pitching into the India's covid-19 diagnostic market . No doubt this is a huge mega billion pound block buster of all mother contracts to be won there .

I have enough confidence in novacyt to reach mid cap and have increased my holdings to 69,000 shares . I will hold and not in a hurry at all to sell any of my shares. Fundamentals of the company are solid . The only worry is AIM and being on the French stock market.

I am at a loss of around £250K , and I could have cashed up at £11-12 and made a profit of around £200K . Its the price you pay when you trust fundamentals of the company and SPAngel's price target which was around £14 . To say I am not happy is a understatement .

WBAFC are relegated , not good enough really . Sacking Bilic was probably not a good idea , i really think they would have stayed up if Bilic was in charge - it was his players at the end of day . But they need to keep hold of Sam Allardyce now as he is the man to bring them back up - champions this time next year .

However , Novacyt is a winner and we will be okay with this bet !

I am hoping the DHSC pay up what is due to novacyt sooner than late. Hopefully settle this this month out of court. I think it was a possible clever strategy by the BODs , at the expense of share holders , to announce the dispute with DHSC on a RNS . Clever , because , now the legal team representing Novocyt can use more evidence to highlight how the share price crashed as a result of the DHSC not honouring the contract agreed in principal and how important this contract was for the company .

AstraZeneca's share price shoots up following their details of profits for year . Profits mainly from oncology drugs and not covid-19 vaccines produced . Which therefore interests me to want to know what Novacyt are doing with acquisitions of oncology and transplant companies to generate long term revenue . We were led to believe they would be purchasing bolt on acquisitions during H1 .

johnnykipper i work in general practice , not in hospital environments , so would not be able to get such information . Plus that information would only be available from the NHS account managers / NHS finance departments which doctors would have no contact with .

johnnykipper i would have though we go back at least £7 following last RNS , which it would if investor excited sentiment was allowed to continue .
