Does anyone know when we are likely to get RNS of Novacyt to discuss their medium & long term business strategy , and acquisitions ?

We were told on RNS in January 2021 of ' bolt on acquisitions' .

Now we have a new Heath Minister , will this change the DSHC with their dispute with Novacyt ?

I am expecting massive contract awards to Novacyt with this Antigen LFT due to be announced soon . This will be huge extra revenue for Novacyt. We may even get a RNS with contract award following release of this Antigen LFT.

We also have the antibody LFT that will be released soon . This will be required to determine if vaccines have given people immunity to vaccines and would differentiate those antibodies produced from covid vaccine or by contracting covid-19 infection . I can see this being used by the private sectors / pharma industry to test for immunity gained against covid-19. Again this will be massive revenue for Novacyt.

We have so much to look forward to . The USA will be a huge market place for Novacyt as we have products that would cover all the covid-19 variants . I am expecting contract awards from USA .

I am so confident this share price will reflect the solid foundations of this company soon.

All it needs is you to be patient and hold your nerve.

I think at least 80% of share holders of Novacyt are losing paper money now on this share. Most would have bought over £4 i would have thought .

BOD / CEO needs to pull this share price out of the fire and bring back trust from long term investors ( private & institutions )

We need big contract wins.

We need the CEO / BODs to pull this SP out of the fire now with big contract wins .

We need the Novacyt sales force to negotiate big contract wins now , and inform the market of this with RNS .

We have robust high end quality products and need to show the stock market how big this company will become .

Novacyt needs to bring back trust and sentiment back from long term private investors / institutional investors .

Come on Novacyt BODs please do not let us down .

I suspect the BOD of Novacyt instructed ODDO to release that price target and were fully aware of its implications . Don't forget Novacyt hire ODDO and ODDO would have had to go through these price targets with them . I suspect it may have been a strategy to get the shares over to UK hands so that the shares are more distributed with UK share holders . Which , asks the question does anyone know what is the ratio now of these shares between French : UK ?

As I am very heavily invested in NCYT (90,000 shares), i get butterflies now every time there is a RNS , because history tells us that the BOD are not great with hyping up the commercial business . Just hoping we get a good RNS on Tuesday , win some major contracts from USA / Latin America / India and this dispute with DHSC is resolved to our advantage .

I think yesterday's RNS is very good hint that we will trash Euronext in Paris now , the sooner the better. This should help stabilize to some degree the share price . But i am hoping we go onto the New York Stock Exchange where the real big institutional investors are.

Can anyone check / know if institutional investors are still holding or selling up ?

Who sold this 60K shares today . Usually institutional investors / hedge fund managers get heads up with information well before we private investors know about anything .

... When i bought £50k worth ( 14, 748 shares ) yesterday it went through very easily first attempt.... so its not that there is a shortage of ncyt shares

correction : I bought at £3.39 , not £3.90

This smell fishy to me what is going on with manipulation of this share price.

This cannot be right can it , we are getting more buys than sells everyday this week , but the SP goes down .

What the hell is going on ? This has to be total manipulation of price and i am not too pleased the BOD are allowing this to happen and have no regards to share holders .

Is this SP brought down to get institutions / privileged private investors in at very low price , or re we getting bought out or is it to shake out weak investors ? Clearly this price is manipulated.

I took advantage and topped up further @ £3.90 , but , I am annoyed very much as i could have waited further and bought at £3.25 now and got myself another extra 800 shares

I am so heavily invested now , i am either really very very stupid foolish or will be rich , as i have now 90,000 ncyt shares . My gut feelings and research made me think these prices are crazy so bought more. My average SP down by £1 now.

The fact that i am a doctor and have invested huge amounts of my own money ( £540K ) into Novacyt should highlight to everyone how much I have faith in Novacyt . I believe Novacyt have the best robust products in the world to detect covid19 . I don't invest in stock markets as a general rule as I do not gamble . I researched into Novacyt in detail before I put my money in last year . I know as a fact so many medical doctors have also put money into Novacyt , so this just shows how much we really do believe in this company .

I am going to hold as long as it takes . I am in because I know it will come good at the end , its just a shame its on AIM & the French stock exchange and the BOD have not been more dynamic with promoting the company up commercially to bring in more investors ( both private & institutional ) .

Yes Johnnykipper i am a GP and yes i work 7 days a week and i do earn good money . I invested 2 years of my income into Novacyt and am down paper loss of £280K at the moment . This will not kill me as i am fortunate being a doctor for 25 years in NHS / private sector and am financially secure . However I am not happy to be losing that kind of money just like that a.

I do not gamble , thats not me as a person .

The way i see it , is that this SP is basically been run down gradually . We get more buys than sells on most days on AIM , but the SP is brought down gradually . Investors are losing out apart from those shorting the share .

I guess its to grind down the private investors .

I think there must be at least 75% investors of Novacyt who must be at loss now . Only those lucky enough to have bought in below £3.30 and have average below that are winners as it stand .

One has to ask what is the purpose of investing in AIM if you are going to lose money . As it stands i am losing almost 2 years of my income earned ( thats 2 years work and therefore savings invested in Novacyt )

Few questions i want to know :

Why are the directors / CEO not buying more NCYT shares as these shares are at lowest for almost 12 months now ?
Why are we not getting any comments from CEO about the state of the share price ? We are down 70% since January 25th 2021 . Any share holder would be very concerned with this , so why are we not getting any guidance from the BOD .

Can anyone explain please .
To me there seems no logic for the SP to keep dropping every week , especially when Novacyt have revenues of at least £500K per day coming in , cash in bank , not in debt , are increasing sales force numbers , have world robust high end quality products.

What is going on ? ,Please explain someone .

WBA are relegated , but will be champions next season and back in premier league. My bet is Frank Lampard will be new manager.

Tomorrow, will be good time to buy as someone dumped 2M shares on French market and I expect sp will be £2.95

For me its simply a hold as long as it takes .... I can see this little company progressing into a mid cap company with time and sp will follow. I have 69,000 shares , I am a big investor. I am not a day or short term trader. I have put my money in this company following my research . Hopefully it will come all good for all of us with time. I am thinking to buy more shares now with these low prices.
