I am sorry to say I strongly disagree. We will get another lockdown probably June or July for another 3-4 months. This Virus is here to stay forever and eventually it will just blend in within societies because people will develop some degree of immunity to it , but there will always be people that die from it , its called evolution - Darwin survival of the fittest. Those individuals strong enough will survive and those that are susceptible will die . There is no cure for the influenza virus is there ..

Almost 80K ncyt shares were dumped @3pm on the french stock market today which dropped the shares down further.... I wonder if that was some strategy to keep the price down..... I have been told by some bankers that market makers buy and retain huge number of shares for this very reason to manipulate the price.

Once any company sells off its shares of company (IPO) , those shares then do not belong to that company anymore .It belongs to those who have bought the shares . So what I am saying is that Novocyt could be making £1M in sales per day , but that may not be reflected by the share price , because novocyt do not directly control those shares . Its private investor sentiments from news information gained / Institutional investors / market markers that will alter the share price .

its not wise to put any stop losses and especially never sell limits - why do you want to do that as you would obviously miss out from a huge rise of share price ? Its one way market makers manipulate with shares by dropping the share down deliberately when they need huge number of shares to bring their ' mates ' in or institutional investors in . Can you just imagine these MMs telling their mates that they will bring the share price down which will then be brought back up 2x/3x up etc after a week or so and to buy in £500K+ . I bet you any dollar this happens a lot .

I have been holding 60K of NCYT shares and like you it is risky considering we are playing with AIM and MM. The fact is Novacyt and this share price are not correlated . Once Novacyt HAD sold off its IPO to the public , these shares are then at the mercy of market makers who can manipulate these shares . If institutional investors want to buy in cheap then MMs will bring that price down as they will get something from that deal as well ….. why do you think these bankers are absolutely minted with money - BECAUSE THEY MANIPULATE WITH INVESTORS MONEY . ?

I love this share price to shoot up above £25 / share , but the problem is that there would be too many people who will take profits and shorters that would stop this share price going beyond £15 / share. For this share to go beyond £20/ share , you will want good positive regular RNS and huge £500M to Billion pound contracts stretching few years.

Clear evidence share price of novocyt is manipulated. MM close and end price to opening price today after keeping it down for institutional investors to buy in cheap. You have to be dumb to not see what they are doing.

Rumours high regarding takeover.... If takeover is true , what will be the likely takeover share price of Novocyt. My understanding is that usually share price jumps by 2.5x current value. What do the knowledgeable people on here think it would be ?

I agree totally with your sentiments. Novocyt shares are held back to manipulate the market in favour of institutions and or possible take over. Best to just take a chill pill and relax. This is a fantastic company that will be worth @ least £2B and at some point sp will reflect this . It maybe take 2 years time , so be it .... just chill and hold onto your shares.

I am afraid this SP will drop down to around £4-5 until novocyt announce huge contracts or huge earnings . My average is £6.80 so will hold as I do believe in this company moving forwards .

I consider you one of the top respected guys on this BB with huge experience of investments. I want to pick your personal thoughts tonight of where this SP will reach in 3 months / 6 months / 12 months. Of course it will be just your opinion and no one will hold you against your opinion, but I am curious to know your thoughts . We know Porky's valuation is £54/ sp which to me does look a bit unrealistic , but I respect his personal opinion.

I can see the NCYT SP dropping to around £5 tomorrow / next few days so people need to hold or buy as it will be great value to buy.

For any new beginners getting involved in investments I suggest you read this below. Bitcoin / ARB / RIOT makes me very suspicious.
MMs manipulating markets use this principal . The level of manipulation of novocyt shares by MMs has been shocking , which leaves us PIs very vulnerable.

Troublesome

I disagree , I have seen people who are completely asymptomatic of covid-19 and have negative LFT then go on and transmit to rest of family who are house bound ie don't have any contact with anyone else.

The fact is PCR should be checking all those negative LFTs , and not positive ones . Every false negative LFT can cause the disease to spread even more due to the individual thinking they are clear of covid-19 but in reality they are not.

For those beginners going into investments , its really important you have a good read of ponzi schemes and educate yourself. Ponzi schemes come in so many sophisticated ways and disguises . This is similiar with how market makers have been manipulating the novocyt share price imo.
