This is an example of how market makers robbed PIs by dropping the shares by 70% going through stop losses and then shooting the SP over 300% following take over..... warning to everyone dont put any stop loss on your shares because these MMs will do the same here when Novocyt gets bought out.

If Novocyt do go onto NYSE , how long will it take for this transfer over to a different stock exchange. I suspect it will take at least one year from making the application. Too late to make any advantage i think.

I agree with you that this SP is manipulated by crooks ... look how the MMs dropped this to almost £10 today for 5 minutes to give institutional investors cheaper shares (140K volumes x4 )and then shoot it back up and at the same time take out private investors..... This share price should already be £20+ prior tomorrow's RNS and this RNS should be news for private investors encouragement to invest and pump this share price to £30+ . However, I think these MM will keep this SP below £11 and drain profits for themselves by manipulating it to their maximum.

Just a question to those with a lot of experience in AIM. Is it possible that these MMs will not push this SP above £15 , despite novocyt declaring £500+M trade in 2020 and revealing even more revenue in 2021 ..... is it possible the money generated will be kept within the 'old boy network ' ( ie directors of novocyt, the MMs , the IIs)and we private investors never get to see the SP that truly reflects revenue generated by novocyt?

These MMs are keeping the SP down pre annual results..... This SP should be over £15 by now . Are they still filling up orders from institutional investors ?

Looks like SP is kept down deliberately , not for the interests of existing shareholders , but to fill up more stock for institutional Investors at a low SP .

Someone just bought 60,000 ncyt shares for £506K . This tells me novocyt is going to rocket up soon . Hint hint

The Novocyt CEO has hinted in previous RNS that the direction they want to take is transplantation and respiratory biotechnology . So , I suspect any successful companies in those fields , which are within Novocyt price range , will be targeted .

We will hear huge contract news for novocyt that have not been declared by RNS. I think over £1B worth easy , plus you got private sector deals that need to be declared. Are we going excess of £2B deals in total ?

I think many people will retire if novocyt sp is £60.

I wonder those accountants / Finance qualified amongst us on this chat forum can advise me on this as I am just a medical doctor and not knowledgeable on this matter. What needs to be the market capitalization for novocyt or what needs to happen for its share price to reach £60 ?

AZ have just bought another pharma company @ £40B.
Does that mean its unlikely they will now buy novocyt because surely they have spent their budget now ?

As novocyt and working along side AstraZeneca to confirm immunity to their vaccinations, this suggests to me that AstraZeneca are likely to buy out novocyt. What would be the possible share price following take over ?
