A question really for the savy / experienced investors , please predict want is the likely share price be by end of this year ?

I am not liking how the CEO / BOD have been drip feeding information through RNS on this DHSC despute and therefore each time hammering the share price further down over same topic. Its like they are milking and rinsing out every ounce of the share price over same issue. Why not just announce everything , be totally transparent with everything in one RNS , clear the air and stop PIs having to speculate . I am not an accountant or financially qualified but looking at this from a lay person it just looks like deliberate deramping and they don't want the share price to go up.

Then , they hire ODDO who they pay millions to and who put a very low valuation of share price .

Something just not right.

I want to know why the BOD are not buying at these levels , they clearly have inside information to make best decision compared to us PIs . What are all your thoughts on this matter ?

At the moment I am trapped with this share as my average is £6.60 ( 90,000 shares ) and that rascal rat GM released his famous RNS at 12:30pm on 9th April 2021 crashing the share price and trapping so many people . I did not set any stop losses as I believed in the fundamentals of the company . I was working seeing patients and so could not do anything until it was too late .

As it stands I am losing 2 years solid hard earned savings with this share (£300K) . Not happy with GM or BOD.

The biggest clue is that the BOD are not buying any shares and i question why not at these prices ? They clearly know inside information or they are wanting it down further . Even our own resident Porky9 has not been buying any shares now for last week which is a big shock .

barnetpeter it did go to £2.80 briefly i remember few weeks ago . You reckon it will go back down to that level ?

I have not been impressed with GM since AGM last year with his negative slant on share holders . The tone from BOB / CEO have been greatly low key to be frank to suggest to me they do not want share price to increase . There has been no real PR at all .

Johnnykipper I work 7 days a week and work around 70 - 80 hours per week. You get paid directly proportional to how many hours you work if you are a freelance GP . Most GPs are stressed and struggle to work more than 40 hour weeks.

SPQS yes you very right. Well said. GPs are completely undermined in the UK with what we do. The amount of knowledge and skill needed to do the job is extremely challenging under poor resources and high regulation and. Hense why least 40% of the workforce have retired or left for better work / life balance & better quality of Job abroad.

The fact is whoever negotiated the second contract with the DHSC did not do their job properly , and make that contract payable completely on receipt of goods . The contract should have been negotiated in such a way that novacyt were protected completely and would not be to any loss whatsoever .

So , the question is , who is responsible for signing off that second contract ? Its the CEO , and he has f**ked up . But , hey ho he still wins and takes home £10M and retires whilst leaving shareholders screwed over .

Well done GM and all those who have been praising him all this time . Shame on you lot .

the only people making money on this are those shorting the share and day traders it looks like

I am very surprised we are not winning any major USA contracts so far as the rates of covid death are just getting out of control over there.

I agree with with your thinking and will vote similar. I feel the BOD have let the share holders down. Yes, the scientists and engineers who have created the unique products are the real hero in my eyes. GM and BOD are seriously letting the share holders down and they know exactly what they are upto which is sticking two fingers up to everyone.

I think it is GM's incompetence as a CEO that he has not been able to resolve the issue with the DHSC . What irritates and rattles me still is his RNS at 12:30pm on 9th April 2021 with his arrogant and two fingers up PI . His timing of the RNS was to hit the PI hard .

The only thing cheering me up at the moment is seeing my team WBA FC top of the league and smashing it so far ...... My investment with Novacyt has been a massive headache this year with the BOD not really smashing the stock market charts with success. But i do recommend anyone who wants to buy shares in Novacyt to buy at these prices as you will not go wrong . I was buying in October 2020 which at the time it was rocketing up . My average is £6.60

Ultimately the main question we all want to know is that will we 80% or more of share holders ( holding at average of £4 and above ) see our investment back / or grow . All this nonsense about voting resolutions and buy backs is irrelevant really as we private investors have no real power .
