The way this company conducts itself with awful PR , low profile exposure ( no interviews in media ) and lack of clear transparency suggests to me a clear smell of take over already agreed and dusted and its going to happen when the DHSC dispute is finalised.

Kaeren i think DA presented a very good salad dish to James Wakefield at interview and the fat man was very impressed with what was served until he realised 12 months later that it was just tasteless and its better to maintain his figure with fish & chips instead.

Lots of answers remain unanswered , but the general feeling is that because this share trades on both the French & London stock exchanges it then creates a recipe for 'pump & dump ' . We saw the same thing happened in December 2021 when as a result of media news of Omicron and its increase rates the SP shot up very quickly from £2.50 to £4.95 and dropped like a stone once traders pumped it up and drained the profits , leaving PI trapped .

The fact is Novacyt BOD do not encourage private investors to invest in the company and you have to question why are they doing this . There is very little institutional investors encouraged to invest in the company and until that happens the shares are not going to stick and rise . James Wakefield seems the man in charge but we dont know what his agenda is . I am encouraged however with the fact that James McCarthy has put up his own money to buy 40,000+ shares . He has been in Novacyt for 2 years now and knows the company better than anyone with the finances and prospects . So i am encouraged by that .

As a medic myself , just imagine paramedics having the Q16 device in their ambulances , Novacyt's Strep A rapid LFT and Novacyt's covid-19 rapid LFT ( Hopefully we have these CTDA marked as a matter of urgency now due to the crisis in NHS ) Just imagine the paramedics using these devices when attending to patients with respiratory infections and possible Strep A . This could save the NHS so much time and money just by unnecessary hospital admissions . What we also need is winterplex to be compatible on Q16/Q32 as well .

Novacyt have the products to meet the NHS needs . All we need are the contracts and can save the NHS billions
