If you look at what happened at Amryt Pharma , basically every single investor holding their shares profited when Amryt Pharma were taken over and the share was priced at their highest ever achieved in history . Lets hope his nightmare with Novacyt is over soon and we get £12 / share when eurofins take over or one of the big pharma boys .

So , if microgen generated £4M / year , then surely Novacyt would have sold this far more than £4M

Again , I ask what benefit to Novacyt gain from selling off microgen portfolio to eurofin ? And how much for ? Is this the start of a full take over by eurofins or merger with eurofins

So what is the benefit for Novacyt for selling this off ? If it is gold standard test , then why sell it off ? Not only Novacyt do not declare selling this portfolio off but its Eurofin our competitor that informs public that they have bought this Portfolio.

SP held well today. Those invested above £1 are locked in now and not worth selling up and it's the case of back drawer and come back in May 2024. Attracting new investors need M&A , and new contract wins. Remember the LTIP matures in December 2024 , so this suggests that is when the SP will rocket up.

we should be very pleased with he RNS today , knowing finally we have a date and a end date to all this uncertainty . There were people stating it could take 5 years plus for DHSC resolution .. But now we know another 18 months and the company can start to build

Do we have any private investors who have experience / knowledge of corporate court cases as to what frequency do these cases normally resolve well before court date . I guess the DHSC can afford to wait as its all at tax payers expense . But the outcome will be the same as Novacyt will win the dispute and their counterclaim . That will generate £160-200M cash for M&A for Novacyt

This will be settled few days before court case in favour of Novacyt for full amounts . Its just a game by the DHSC to delay payment as long as they can . The fact we have a date now is a real positive .

If we have PI100 taking his hard earn pocket money out of his piggy bank we could get him to sue GM & AD . The thing is if Novacyt have endorsed the LTIP this effectively means they were happy that no wrong doing was done by these pair and so suing them will be pointless .

Looking at the figures from yesterday's end of year results, my thoughts are that significant cash burn is due possibly to the LTIP payments to Graham Mullis and his side kick Anthony Dyer . My argument has always been clear and i have told Mandy Cowling this and that is why should these two individuals be rewarded with MILLIONS OF POUNDS when the SP has not been sustained and only actually hit the level of LTIP for 6 weeks and that was pretty much manipulated by GM with his ramping by way of continual positive RNS. These two , GM & AD have walked away with millions whilst the company is trying to rebuild following the DHSC damage . There needed to be some accountability as these two individual were directly responsible for the contract negotiations with DHSC and it was not water proof to protect shareholders and Novacyt .

There is no mention of how much interest was gained whilst the cash is in bank .
