Wjt123 , are you talking about wizz air ? I know i am losing around £600K on Novacyt at this current SP . Not good at all . But holding strong , not going anywhere.

I agree this SP is very depressing , especially for those with average of £4 and more . The SP is reflected by the awful company PR and poor revenue performance . But , one thing history has shown us is that if there is any significant good news then this SP rockets very fast , turbo blast . Maybe , that's why the BOD do not want to give any information out because we know that rockets that are blasted very quickly in the air will soon come crashing down unless there is something that will sustain its power .

GDWK , I have asked the same questions many times and wondered why haven't Novacyt made some big deals here...... but to answer your questions its because the current BOD are asleep @ the wheel picking up their inflated salaries......

I wouldn't be surprised if Biosynex and Novacyt do actually merge to form one large predominantly French based diagnostic company , but also having a foot in the UK , and with the new CEO coming from Biosynex . Something made Biosynex to want to buy shares in Novacyt but then changed their strategy .

I am of the opinion that JM may be keeping the CEO seat warm for the incoming CEO as a result of ' reverse acquisition'

The advantage of JM in CEO is

1. He is invested in novacyt his significant cash
2. He knows the company's potential & revenue & resources
3. Not having to wait 6 months + to learn about the company like salad Allmond did

December 2021 we had the Omicron on the rise , but it turned out Novacyt never really actually exploited this market as was reflected by their poor revenue . Now we have the Strep A & Kraken monster on the loose , but we still have no clarity with what we are actually selling and what will be the revenue from these . If history tells us anything , it tells us that Novacyt BOD are asleep at the wheel like last December while Omicron was let loose ramping away in UK .

B2HS2L , my only concern is if there has been some sort of take over agreed in principal , then at what price has been agreed ? It could be around £3.50 or under as this is the price the directors were buying into last year . Those PI with average above this value would be screwed . Why would the BOD be bothered about the SP if they have already agreed for a take over at a certain price ? They are not exactly buying up the shares are they at these low prices are they .

My thoughts have always been consistent with why the BOD do not update the stock market or want private investors to invest in Novacyt and that is the BOD have agreed in principal of a take over with one of the big pharma companies and the take over price is agreed . All they are waiting for is the DHSC dispute to be won .

You have to be dumb to have 100M put aside doing nothing . I am sure they have financial advisors who will guide them on this , which comes to the point of how much your boss pays you to get your de ramping posts on here , is it £10p per post or something ? Is your boss shorting this share or is he / she been instructed to squeeze out private investors from this share . whats your agenda , i am curious ?

PI100 , dont forget the extra cash from bank interest on the £100M in business high interest saving account , which could be 4-8M pure interest . So add that to your estimated revenue !

My gut feeling is Clonit & Novacyt will merge in due course as they are complementing each other. Companies like these synchronise their products to work with each others systems . It's obvious these companies are in transition into a larger organisation.

Looks like Amryt Pharma were priced at its highest max share price in history.

So if this applies to Novacyt , we could be bought for £11- 12 / share

Kaeren looks like Amryt share holders get a good deal.
I wouldn't be surprised if Novacyt is bought, in fact deal may already be done .

I predict that Novacyt's two rapid covid-19 LFTs will get CTDA approval this month . This could be very useful for reliable accurate mass testing as & when required for covid-19 outbreaks.

This monster of a virus that is lightening fast will soon wave into Europe & UK in no time. But , there is time for Novacyt to make some deals in Europe & UK to allow countries to monitor this monster that could wipe out the weakest & vulnerable. There is yet big contracts to win from covid-19
