Kaeren , surely covid-19 LFT are due CTDA approval imminently ? This could be what the market is waiting for ?

For this SP to improve we need sustained increase in revenue yearly. How is this achieved.

1. M&A and diversify into non covid products.

2. Cancer testing should generate huge revenue. Buy out or merge with a company already established its products in cancer testing / screening.

3. Expand portfplio and target companies that have established revenue in veterinary testing of infections.

4. These BOD need replacing with fresher dynamic individuals.

Can anyone explain the increase SP today and the increase buying ? What is going on ? I simply don't understand this share price at all

What is the likelihood that Graham Mullis is preparing a consortium to buy out Novacyt ? These shares are dropped for a reason . The Novacyt directors are silent for a reason and it does not bother them one ounce the SP is where it is .

Opinions anyone ?

PI100 , i have £660K invested in Novacyt , do you really think i am that dumb to sell up what is left and take a loss of £600K ? no way , its all or nothing with me . I want my money back , all of it , and i will attend the next AGM personally . In fact I even requested Mandy last year to arrange a face to face appointment with the then CEO David Allmond , but she told me that he does not see any private investors .

Ventura i haven't lost anything as i haven't sold one single share .... yes , sure , paper loss currently , but i am sticking this out till i get my money back

Larry , i will need to buy more shares in Novacyt in order to lower my average which is £6.10 . But , i am reluctant to throw anymore money into Novacyt ... I could have bought myself a beautiful holiday home , £660K in France / Spain / Italy for what i have actually thrown at Novacyt . I am fuming . The directors at Novacyt are destroying their share holders who have put their hard cash in faith into Novacyt .

.... and now there is a 80K vol shares bought on French market , but SP still drops . Someone is clearly buying these shares now cheap

I was looking at boursorama this morning and there was a 55K shares bought, but MM still drop the SP . I don't understand what is going on now with this share ?

So what can we expect this share to drop to and be the bottom . Quite frankly £12 to 0.58p is criminal performance by the directors who should be accountable for this .

Would it not be a criminal offence if the BOD were deliberately deceitful with stating revenue of £100M / year in 5 years ?

A complete disgraceful performance by BOD . The PR is awful by the company and no efforts made to protect share holders . How the hell do we have AVACTA shares rising and Novacyt drops from £12 to 60p . I would not be surprised if AVACTA buy out Novacyt now.

This share will either ruin a lot of people and will be a major life event when they look back in their life or it will make them very wealthy . So many people i know have had to sell up over last 2 years at loss and have lost most of their investment .

question is why the silence from BOD ?

1. are they looking to buy back in cheap
2. are they waiting for DHSC resolution
3. have they already agreed to take over
4. is this a company just a lifestyle income for them

what is the benefit to the company to have this SP low as possible ?

There is a reason why the BOD do not support SP or want investors looking at Novacyt . The BOD never encourage institutional investors to come in . Things happen for a reason . There is a purpose , a plan , and only time will tell exactly what was the agenda of this BOD and why exactly was DA sacked and what his purpose was . I am losing £600K ( total £660K invested ) in this and its a nightmare for me to be honest .

There is huge potential with Novacyt becoming a mid cap company. We have the basis of solid products. All we need is a sales force to translate that to revenue and another outbreak of infections covered by Novacyt.

Kaeren, that is a very good range of products for starters , which they will increase further every year and build the company to mid cap.
