PI100 are you on some performance related pay from paymaster to deramp the chair ? Tell me who is looking to buy Novacyt cheap ? Has you paymaster given you any inkling with who wants to take Novacyt cheap ? Go on tell me whats the story .

My bet is that the next CEO would be someone who is already a chairman / or CEO of a diagnostic molecular company that is lined up to merge with Novacyt . James McCarthy is just keeping the seat warm for that person to come in once the merger is announced .

What we need now is CEO who has EXPERIENCE IN MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS already , has solid contact / network base and therefore can build a company up to mid cap . We don't need another wana be CEO .

Lets say David Allmond was a waste of salary .

How much did Novacyt actually pay to hire this guy ( ? £500K for 13 months )who went silent for 100 days before we got a interview . Even that was just some fancy corporate word presentation with no substance behind it , sprinkle some sniffles and a scruffy jumper to the audience and hey ho we have David Allmond , CEO of Novacyt . Anyone know what he is up to now ? Probably looking for another pay day some where else to fund his jumper collection .

Kaeren / KilkennyTed , that's great stuff that Novacyt have the test needed for this candida species . What we need is a sales force to close some big contracts. As I have said previously , this company has the potential to be mid cap but it needs to win some big contracts or accumulated huge numbers of small contracts to generate revenue.

The potential is ou there for novacyt to tap into big contracts , like the one causing candida outbreak in the USA . BUT , you need dynamic ambitious hungry board of directors who want to . My feeling is that , and i am a big share holder of 108,125 novacyt shares , is that James Wakefield is looking to take this company private and shake out private investors .

Actually Thornogson , covid-19 made Mr James Wakefield more fatter and he is the one who dictates the cruise ship called Novacyt to shores where he can off load private investors .

ValJu , i have to agree with you there is a reason why the BOD lead by James Wakefield do not want to support share holders with their investment . It could well be that they clearly believe they will win the DHSC case and will achieve their LTIP . At this moment in time the SP means nothing to them as they get nothing from the LTIP . Its December 2024 when the SP really matters to them . Or it could be that James Wakefield is preparing to take this company private and run it down to remove private investors .

Lets review the LTIP and refresh what we know already :

1. The baseline for LTIP starts @ £3.54. This will then be compared to the equivalent figure in December 2024 .
2. The performance shares will vest ("Vest") after three financial years (the "Performance Period") subject to the Company achieving Total Shareholder Return ("TSR")

So far as it stands the BOD are performing appallingly and failing to reach their LTIP . There has been no share holder value for majority of share holders as most would be bought from in £0.80p . Most are losing significant investment in this share as it stands .

I see Graham Mullis is super connected on linkedin and i always wonder where do these guys have the time to be liking and connecting to all these companies on there . Its like this guy does nothing put network on linkedin .... it could well be that its the main network dating site for these directors to have contact with each other....
