Someone explain to me why Yourgene share price was decimated , which in effect ruined their long term share holders.. Considering they have these apparent great potential products , so why was their SP crashed ? How much would Novacyt need to pump cash into Yourgene to generate profits.

Can anyone guide me with how to vote through HL . I have bought all my Novacyt shares on HL . I can see on the right of screen shareholder meetings , but when clicking on this there is no link to vote or anything ?

Hi ValJu , does it need to be approved by share holders ? The BOD have basically done what they please so far without taking any notice of PI . The AGM is an example of this .

Can someone educate me with how does it effect the private investor when a company de lists and goes private. Surely . you can refuse to sell your shares back to the company I would have thought until the price is right for you to sell.

Hi Poidster , someone by the name of Duncan Hallas mentioned on this board in 2021 that the board were planning on de listing this company from stock market by letting the SP crash so low and then buy back the shares. So far that theory is on track because there has been absolutely no effort from the BOD to release any positive news

What is your gut instincts telling you about these BODs ? Do you think they have it in them to transform this company into a mid cap organisation ? Or simply put it , do they want this company to be mid cap ? My thinking now is that they just want their big bonuses and pay salaries year on until they retire ..... its a win win for them. Look , they couldn't even be bothered to have the AGM face to face with shareholders.

What's now crucial to investors is what are Novacyt going to do in the future to bring that SP up and bring institutional investors coming in . People who are in this with average above £2 are in huge losses. Those who are on averages above £5 may never see their money again. This is where we need hungry dynamic enthusiastic board members with ability to know what is the best M&A to move this company forwards. From 6p to £13 on the basis of contract that was not 100% proof in favour of Novacyt was damaging to all those people putting money into Novacyt shares. It was just a smoke screen to fool people investing like myself. Who is to blame for that contract , Graham Mullis ? But he walks away with a reward of £10 million for that contract that never existed at the end !

In December 2019 this SP was around 6p . Amazing how it was ramped upto £13 within 12 months. I would suggest orchestrated by professional rampers like porky9 , Taylor Quant , and the then CEO Graham Mullis when he gave frequent interviews and produced positive worded RNS upto January 2021 . The company is £87M richer currently compared to December 2019 so don't expect SP to sink lower than 30p
